Wes' town is really picturesque, pine forests and creeks. You can make an interesting life in Canada too. I saw a lot of interesting programs on discovery channel about Canadian life styles. Forestry, mining, fishing, hunting, but making videos would be more inconvenient since the distance between everything is further, and you've still gotta pay your bills.

Glad you like Taiwan and appreciate its beauty. Personally I had the opposite journey, growing up in Taipei and had spent 10+ years in the rural Southwest in US. I am still learning to appreciate the city life in Taiwan. Yet things may change when you have kids. Many Asian parents move to Canada for their kids’ education.

衛斯理不是一開始就決定留在台灣，而是不同階段的選擇讓他決定留在台灣
我最近也遇到些不錯的事情，思考後才發現其實跟前面無心的談話有關
但那無心的談話卻成為後來得到好事情的契機
想想也真的很妙! 誰知道當初在有這想法、講出來的時候會讓後來的我又驚又喜呢?
