Brilliant instruction. Watched so many videos on various flow movements etc.. but this progression and your details has got to be the most beginner friendly and clear..bravo!
Hey your movement work is amazing I’m interested to know the disciplines you have or are practicing I practiced capoeira Angola for over 20 years but in these days I feel like doing things not related to one specific culture
Hey Apelsin. I haven't studied it in enough depth to share that much. Normally I just try to keep nasal breathing where possible. Some further resources to check out is the book "oxygen advantage by Patrick McKeown. Otherwise Jason Round (movemoremp) has a course on breathing and diaphragm. Simon Synergy also has a lot of resources, including free on breathing dynamics and movement. That should get you started.
I'm still learning it... will definitely share once I'm comfortable and have broken it down. Otherwise check these guys out for now: instagram.com/p/BZGYIKuB_gf/
Thanks for sharing, great talk and great drills. Are you Chinese? Or from other countries? I am from China and I have a friend who is very similar to you.
Love how you‘re teaching safe progressions using the wall, Phaon 🫶 A student of mine pointed me to this video. I think it‘s a really adult-friendly learning pathway for the capoeira style au 🙌
Thanks Aaron - means a lot coming from you. I very much align with your approach of building confidence in controlled risk environments to approach acrobatics.

Love your explanations!
Thanks for sharing.
Great explanation and love that you specify the glute contraction. Not enough videos out there specify which muscle to use.
Absolutely excellent!
Love your breakdown on progressions and detailed explanations!
