    Brilliant instruction. Watched so many videos on various flow movements etc.. but this progression and your details has got to be the most beginner friendly and clear..bravo!

    Love your explanations!

    Great explanation and love that you specify the glute contraction. Not enough videos out there specify which muscle to use.

    Hey your movement work is amazing
    I’m interested to know the disciplines you have or are practicing I practiced capoeira Angola for over 20 years but in these days I feel like doing things not related to one specific culture

    Thanks for this video :) I've been at it for a while now (on and off) but struggling with it. The wall tip is really helpful.

    Hi! Can you do a video about breath in movement? I think it really important. Thank you! You videos very helpful!

      @thepassivehang  3 года назад +2

      Hey Apelsin. I haven't studied it in enough depth to share that much. Normally I just try to keep nasal breathing where possible. Some further resources to check out is the book "oxygen advantage by Patrick McKeown. Otherwise Jason Round (movemoremp) has a course on breathing and diaphragm. Simon Synergy also has a lot of resources, including free on breathing dynamics and movement. That should get you started.

    Love how you‘re teaching safe progressions using the wall, Phaon 🫶
    A student of mine pointed me to this video. I think it‘s a really adult-friendly learning pathway for the capoeira style au 🙌

      Thanks Aaron - means a lot coming from you. I very much align with your approach of building confidence in controlled risk environments to approach acrobatics.
