Those trusses are stacked on top of one another and don't get nail plates. The truss plans will dictate nailers and connectors, not some guy on RUclips. The loose plates need to be corrected though.
Lemme help you out, the nail plate is bent back, so they could install that board that's not a part of the truss. The blocks are knocked down because they use them to install the trusses, and when they went to deck it, they had to knock it out to get the layout to break right. That's looks to be a truss on a truss. Idk I didn't look that hard at it. Everything you showing is pretty typical for a truss install. It could be cleaned up, and maybe it will be. Idk I'm not there
I hate to say it, but this isn’t just the the framers fault. Yes he did leave it like that maybe they didn’t know they did such a crappy job, but the supers/home owners are pushing everyone; electricians, framers, plumbers, and everyone else to finding 4,000+sq ft houses in 2 days. If you rush a job nothing is going to get done right. No one can take the time to check on their on their own work when their bosses are telling them they are to slow and need to finish faster. This is all on the builders trying to conform to the buyers request to have the house done super fast. I’m an electrician and I take pride in my work, but honestly I’m getting so burnt out because I’m being rushed and pushed to finish huge house in such a short amount of time. Plus there is no man power in construction because the pay is such shit, so not only are we being rushed, but we also short staffed. Construction as a whole needs to rethink how they pay. The rustier generations are not going to be dumb enough to build big ass houses in 2-4 days for $20 an hour.
It’s been about a decade since I changed careers and being an electrician and wiring houses( and much more) but pretty much ALL employees referred to residential housing construction as “ a meat grinder.” All the builders care about is volume. “ insulation is coming tomorrow so you better be done.” But what about the electrical inspection? Not all builders push and hire based on volume work instead of quality work, but there are way too many volume based builders out there.
So what is the builder suppose to do at this point? The roof is already on the house. Do they just scab lumber in to make it look good. Do they rebuild each trust? Would like to know please.
First some of these "issues" aren't really issues. Where there are plates missing, or members damaged, the truss manufacture will engineer a repair IF a repair is required.
What is being built today is what the average person can afford. The reason we don't stick built houses using quality materials and quality craftsmen is simply because there aren't that many people willing and able to afford these quality homes. People would rather spend their money on fancy faucets, floors and counter tops than put that money into the "bones" of the house.

What could possibly be wrong with Bluetooth nail plates ?🤔

Lmao I would never build a truss home!! Whata joke!!
Some people haven't heard the story of the 3 little piggies or what the wind can do to a wooden house.
