If I were to spitball what the scene could be, IMO this is Dr. Wu packing up once it's clear that the Park has been lost. It establishes his history of doing that (after World and Lockwood's estate), and we can easily have some ambient dialogue here that refers to his young but growing-to-malicious nature, and even suggesting that he could hide in Isla Sorna to experiment "without restrictions", which would tie into JPIII.
That's my first guess, too and it would tie all those movies together really nicely and complement Wu's character and why he changed from that nice young Scientist to a monster maker.
Okay imagine Dominion's opening like this (I know it might no happen but still it's fun) :
So the film starts with the scene from the original 1993 film in which Dodgson and Nedry meet in Costa Rica and make the deal. Everything is the same, besides Dodgson being played by Campbell Scott and we see some mysterious figure looking towards their location when Nedry yells "Dodgson! Dodgson! We got Dodgson here!". The scene goes on however, Nedry gets a phone call and tells Dodgson that he has to take it and walks away. We then see that the mysterious figure approaches Dodgson and it is none other than Henry Wu. Wu tells Dodgson that he knows exactly who Dodgson is and what he is planning, but he wants a part of it. Then we see Dodgson give a charismatic but shady smirk and gives Wu a tracking device and explains that he should use it to track down Nedry, if Nedry fails to bring the Barbisol Can to the boat.
We then cut to Nublar when Nedry shut off the power and watches from afar as Nedry steals the embryos and then Wu carefully follows Nedry. We then cut to Nedry's death at the hands of the young Dilophosaurus. We see Wu quickly searching for the Can, however he gets attacked by an adult Dilophosaurus and the Dilophosaurus unintentionally and accidentally steps near the mud in which the can is embedded. It looks like Wu will be killed by the Dilo, however Rexy shows up and scars off the Dilo, Wu stands still so Rexy can't see him, however Rexy notices that Nedry's car is moving (because the younger Dilophosaurus is still eating Nedry) and goes to the car to see what's going on. After this Wu takes the opportunity to quickly take the can and go to the East Dock. He checks if the embryos are still alive, however it is revealed that the embryos are dead at this point. Wu then tells Dodgson's guy that the embryos didn't survive, however Jurassic Park still failed. Then we cut to black and we see the title of the movie:

You need to have a team of engineers, workers, to develop a complete set of fencing structure for protection of the team.. Otherwise, there is almost no chances of their survival..

It could be a flashback to when the first dinosaur was cloned. This laboratory could be on Isla Sorna and there getting viable embryos ready to be shipped to Nublar. I like this idea because it would set-up an ominous tone of seeing the first ever dinosaur cloned in the 1980's juxtaposed with the modern world being infested with them.

1. the opening scene of the film will be a flashback showing WU evacuating Isla Nublar showing WU escaping with that crate revealing he was already working on hybrid dinosaurs in secret the entire time.
Or
2. This Will show Doctor Sorkins field lab from Jurassic Park the game and showing her secretly transporting DNA samples of the Troodon’s off site.

Flashbacks in a Jurassic movie is always an epic idea, I’m stoked to see some good de-aging, with a mix of practical makeup in for good measure. These epic teases are just the tip of the frosting in the big cake, the teases are better than the actual spoiler, always best to give us sample pieces of good food than the actual main course, the main course is for next year, of course.
I would love to see that flashback scene with Henry Wu and John Hammond featured in the novel where Wu tells Hammond that he can make the Dinosaurs be more like people expect them to be
I think they’re going to spin some of the original story and reveal that Dennis Nedry was really stealing the embryos for Biosyn on behalf of Dr Wu. They’re going to intertwine the two story arcs together in some way, and in a cruel twist of irony, Dr. Wu will be eaten by a Dilophosaurus. I’m calling it now.

It’s probably on Nublar, possibly from a prologue scene.
However, considering the filming location on Malta, I would not completely rule out Jurassic Park: Europe. Perhaps work had started on it by the 1993 disaster, hence the similar design to the Park in Central America. I would not rule out anything canon-wise since the introduction of Lockwood after 20 years of his absence. Jurassic Park: Europe, still unlikely though.

And they had their own dinos all along, and their T.rex has to fight Rexy or something....or maybe it's a lab on the archipelago in Europe that Hammond bought in order to create Jurassic Park Europe? Or the Japanese island he bought? Maybe Biosin took over one of those islands.....maybe maybe all about the maybe :D Loved this video, please more along the same vein!
They did say that they wanted to make this movie a tribute or celebration for the franchise... So a John Hammond cameo is high up there, also a flashback involving somehow doctor Wu.
It could be something completly different as well, it could be an introduction to a completly new character (hopefully if this is true, we still get a cameo from Hammond or someone else we know)

And he secretly working on updating his mistakes / illegal dinos and BioSyn reached out... Since, maybe he was uncertain about his future at InGen - After the fall of JP..

I'm just going to put this out there, with the introduction of Benjamin Lockwood in Fallen Kingdom, my thought is that the purpose of having a flashback in Dominion is to establish that Benjamin Lockwood is responsible for the creation of Biosyn. We can almost guarantee the inclusion of Biosyn in Dominion because of the casting reveal for Lewis Dodgson. Taking inspiration from Bestinslot's recent video entitled "What's In The Crate?! NEW Jurassic World Dominion Set Photo Revealed!" -see 12:00 in the video, (I couldn't copy-paste the link for some reason), this probably has something to do with Masie. In Fallen Kingdom, Benjamin tells Maisie that her "mother" visited the Park (most likely being "Jurassic Park" before the incident we see in the movie, rather than the park of "Jurassic World"). So Lockwood still had some connection to Ingen at the time. Now, in the original film we see the shot of the Barbasol can being buried in mud, which, was originally intended to lead into a future film where the cannisters would be retrieved. If Lockwood had access to Isla Nublar around the time of the 1993 incident, this could have been his ticket to hiring a mole in Ingen (Nedry), retrieving data (in this case embryos) that are equivalent to years of research in order to have the means to clone his dying/already dead daughter. Now, I don't believe he was involved directly in the creation of what would currently be Biosyn; I say that because in Fallen Kingdom Benjamin's reaction to the auction of the animals appears to tell us that he was unaware of the operation, and I would assume that would include the creation of the Indoraptor. Of course this is assuming that Mills and Wu were in fact working for Biosyn (which we currently have no direct evidence of). So, after obtaining the means to clone his daughter via Dodgson, Nedry and the embryos, Dodgson, someone in the company (Biosyn) would have went behind Lockwood's back, manipulating the obtained genetic technology obtained from Ingen, which would eventually lead to the events of Fallen Kingdom.
As far as the corded phone is concerned, they may still keep them around on the island because cordless phones can go down more easily than corded ones. In the case of an electrical failure, a corded phone can still be operational whereas a cordless phone would be useless. Considering the events of the first movie, perhaps they learned (half) a lesson and kept the corded phones!
I still hold my believe the photo and return to Site B will be a flashback or cameo. Depending on DPG’s role whether they go up against Extinction and if it gets countered, I still say Sorna is gone. With the rumor of JPIII’s raptors possibly being retconned as Deinonychus next year, there might be some, but very little life left on Sorna which would still be worth a short visit
I don't want to say anything but I think Henry Wu is the antagonist... I say that is because He left Isla Nublar in the first, continued his research behind the scene during the lost world and in JP3 (just saying), the dinosaurs in Isla Sorna were early hybrids (prototypes were dumped) especially the spinosaurus... JW1 Wu presented the first workable hybrid (indy - Indominus Rex)... by JW2FK, Henry Wu was knocked out but never shown if he made it out or not... Now to JWD, I'm sure it'll look into what InGen and Wu did behind the scene...

I have all my faith in the theory that it'll show how Dodgson went on to get ahold of the Dino DNA/Cloning Tech after nedrys failure.
But the (Maisey?) Argument could very well be the reality, showing how Lockwood and John split.
Alan could have seen something in that abandoned lab in jp3 that it didn’t show or talk about in the movie but could have something to do with that crate and causes a flashback for Alan
Joe johnson said in interviews for JP3 that Hammomds team was doing things behind his back.. One of those things being the pteranodon’s that we see in 01. I feel like the embryos in the InGen box are the Gene guard act species among others that possibly Wu & Dodson have some dialogue together. Saying that Wu likes to team up with others to advance his work/research. Who knows. Just a theory on my part.
I'm ready for JW: Dominion. I think the flashback will show Maisie's origins and the relationship between Lockwood and Hammond.

In Jurassic World Dominion: the flashback scene should/could be Dr. Wu accidentally creating Spinosauraus from JP 3. It could explain the crates Site B logo. It could also explain why Dr.Wu went bad in JW 1. Finally, it could also add to why Grant, Ellie & Billy were so silent until Grant wrote his book

I have a feeling that the picture will have something to do with the Spinosaurus. I think it will be introduced as one of Dr. Wu's earliest hybrids! This will be a great way to explain the anatomical differences between the JP3 and current model of Spinosaurus. I know they said there wont be any new hybrids, but Spinosaurus is already a well established character so its not really "new". I bet you that Dr. Wu was working for Biosyn the whole time and the flashback might just be him sending his secret creations to Isla Sorna before he has to leave the park.
While we are on the topic of theories I bet you that the JP3 Velociraptors will be classified as Deinonychus. Why? Well because of the recent leaks (not sure if they are totally true) and Spino wasn't on the InGen list so there could be more dinos that weren't on that list. Dr. Alan Grant would have mistakenly thought the Deinonychus was a Velociraptor. Man, can you imagine JP2 Velociraptors vs Deinonychus!!

However, most of all the therapods in the Jurassic World 3 Dominion movie could have feathers just like onitopod dinosaurs, small ceratopsids, pterosaurs, therapods and all the birds (the true descendants of dinosaurs) explained in paleontology, in zoology and biology.
If it is a flashback. It could explain what happened with doson and Dr Wu post Jurassic Park. And I hope it explains what happened to Isla Sorna. I actually thought. The location was Isla Sorna after or during the events of Jurassic Park.
Obviously something to do with site B flashback, either Wu or one of the Dodgson/Hoskins types... actually Dodgsone would be a nice throwback to the much bigger role in the books too. Side note we wouldn't see MAlcolm around a site B crate in first film as he's surprised there is a site B at the start of Lost World
whatever it is, it is causing major excitement, particularly at a time when we haven't had a lot of movie news

Dont know if they will show dilophosaurus or not...but I prey if they are planning about something to isla sorna and Dodgson is returning...then I pray that they should tell us something about illegal creation of dinosaur on Site B and of course SPINOSAURUS and CERATOSARUS
So I would speculate that box got stolen or sold off back in the day and combined with the sold dinos in Fallen Kingdom thats how they explain that elsewhere in the world there are also dinos and species we haven't seen yet or species that we haven't seen in a while. I mean having the same old T-rex is kinda boring no? Would spice things up if more Tyrannosaurus would appear.
