I’m liking the new AS Colour Heavy Tee. But I like the boxy fit. A bit more expensive than the others. Staple and Classics are good too. Each to their own. Pick what works for you.
one of my clients just ran 220 shirts on AS Colour Heavy. thats a trendy style shirt that doesnt fit well for me but i understand why its popular now. expensive but good quality. they press well too. AS Colour and Transfer Express Goof Proof transfers work flawlessly. look good, feel good, press good!
I agree @Simon Read As Colour is really the best quality we get here in Australia. I print on either the Staple or Classic. Real good fit and feel. If anyone has other recommendations for where I can source different high-quality tees in Australia let me know.

@@HFSlither thanks for watching but showing the shirt wont help you anymore than giving you the info about the shirt. you as the business owner need to actually test the blank out before you offer it to your customer. if you seen a black blank t shirt before you seen'em all. it all comes down to fit, feel and weight. these things need to be held to know the difference, a picture online wont help you know what something feels like. get me? if your a beginner, the best advice i can give you is buy 1 blank in your size from a bunch of different manufacturers in different styles and material blends that you wanna offer. then you press your design on all of those shirts, wear it, wash it, test it, stretch it, repeat.... then you make your decision from there. please dont go based off of pictures you see online. this is the part of the business nobody talks about, research and development. as the owner of your business, you need to do your own research and develop the products you want to offer your customers.

Which shirt would you recommend for comfortability and quality feel
what do you consider "quality feel" everybody has a different idea of what that means. any shirt mentioned in this video is considered "quality". you have to start ordering some shirts and testing them out to see what YOU like and what you want to offer your customers. cuz some people think thin and light weight is quality and other might think heavy weight and thick is quality. some people might think soft ringspun cotton is quality and others might think jersey cotton is quality. its all a personal preference.
For those using ASColor, how are we dealing with the no tumble dry on everything? I like the t's but I find that so off putting! Yes, I know the dryer isn't ever good but I also know my customers are human :)
that doesnt bother me or my customers. i imagine every single one of my customers will machine wash and machine dry these shirts. regardless of what the care instructions say. hahaa i have a wash test vid on my channel. and these 100% cotton shirts hold up better than most other 100% cotton shirts.

i have no idea. i dont wear those types of shirts and also dont sell those types of shirts. my only advice would be to order shirts from a few different companies to test them out and see if they meet your standards. first step would be to look at the tag of some of your favorite shirts and see what the materials are made of and find blanks with that same blend

do you know which specific pro club comfort one you bought, the size you bought and the actual size of the neck width? i cannot find any sizing information for these shirts, other than some outdated or generic ones listed from random places, but not on the main website. i've also emailed them at least twice but they did not respond back. i dont want to end up returning the shirts, as there is a return shipping cost.

I live in south alabama and we have a closeout store down the road and a few Piggly Wiggly grocery stores that have mountains of Alstyle and American Apparel blanks for $1. Most (but not all) have the tag cut or are marked irregular when they’re not really irregular (or it’s not noticeable)…I stocked up but it made me think of your channel.

yeah ive tried them but my customers didnt like them, so i never stock'em. i only stock the blanks that my clients and customers like to wear
Question for ya, do you stock tall sizes with ProClub shirts? I have guys asking for tall sizes but Im not sure if its necessary. I have not tried Proclub shirts yet but have some samples on order.

idk what pro club did, but im not liking it, my latest batch of shirts all had the same problem, scratchy AF. there was nothing comfortable about them, and when i sweat in them, i want to immediately take it off, both black and white. Even after washing several times, still scratchy and rough.

i dont have an opinion on them cuz i dont use them. my customers that like Pro Club dont like Shaka so i never offered it. i only offer what my customers like.

Awesome video bud! I recently purchased Pro5 tshirts and like them because there a thicker tshirt that I’ve ever owned. Now is ProClub Pro the same quality as Pro 5, or are they the same tshirt?
same style heavy weight t shirt but to me pro club is a better shirt. quality, consistency, availability, offerings etc... but most importantly my customers prefer pro club. thats a selling point for me. my customers consider pro5 or any other heavy weight T to be "bootleg" haha so i give my customers what they want.

Why do you need a business license or resellers license for proclub website ? I only have an LLC is there any alt ?
the whole point of buying wholesale is to buy wholesale goods with the intention of "reselling". thats why they require a reseller permit. wholesale means you buy at a bulk rate tax free to turn around and resell for profit plus sales tax.
How do you prevent fading on proclubs?
you cant. fading and shrinking happen over time. thats just the nature of the material.
could a regular customer go to the factory in Gardena and buy by bulk without a bulk buyer account i don't have the business permits that they are asking for online just want to make a little money out here in the Philippines to resell heavyweight plain tees....whats the price for these per piece..
no. regular customer would have to go to a retail place that sells them for retail. the warehouse is for picking up wholesale bulk orders.

pricing all depends on the model of shirt you select. pricing vary's. from like $5 each to like $12 each. all depends on which ones you go with. hit them up and open a wholesale account to get a better idea on pricing of their products

nah sorry i dont. i dont have clients that request dri fit so i never looked into sourcing any.

you just create an account with whatever blank t shirt manufacturer you want or thats close to you. place the order online and you can select "pick up" instead of "shipping"

does anyone have sizing information for the men's pro club lightweight short sleeve t shirt and pro club men's comfort long sleeve t shirt? i have emailed them multiple times for sizing information, but they never respond. i was hoping to get as much information on the garment specs before deciding on ordering from them, because if i were to need to return them, they do not cover return shipping.
just buy 1 of each in your size and test them out. thats what i do. i cant go based off reading the weight and measurements. i need to see it feel it wear it wash it print on it. small cost to sourcing the right blank for your business.

ok, so i was able to measure the pro club lightweight short sleeve, comfort short sleeve, and also comfort long sleeve in size medium, i was dissapointed in the fit of both the lightweight short sleeve and the long sleeve comfort one, ( the short sleeve comfort fit the best ), all shirts had fairly poor sewing and were quite even, at least when comparing to something like the original alstyle 1301 shirts from the past, the short sleeve pro club comfort fits closest to the original alstyle 1301.
the lightweight one just had a poor fit overall imo, like it's meant for someone with a rather small neck, above average chest and build, and not very tall, and with wider shoulders, though some people may prefer the shorter length, i suppose this is partly why it may have been labeled as a "slim fit" from the website and having a shorter bottom sleeve length, though i would rather call the comfort short sleeve a slim fit, but their sizing seems a bit strange as well, i wonder how their small would fit?
the long sleeve was also a strange fit, the sleeve length was too short, and the chest is too big in relation it, tailoring isn't do-able, because the sleeve length is already too short, the other areas were ok, but still they'd have to make the sleeve length at least 1-2 inches longer, as there is also shrinkage, and it should be around 24.xx" at the absolute shortest after shrinkage, and it was 23.75" before this.
anyways, here is what i got below for rough garment measurements, the measurements could be off slightly:
lightweight pro club short sleeve in size medium:
-42" chest
-14" neck
-28.75" hps
-has side seams
-6.75" sleeve opening
-8.25" sleeve top length
-3.75" sleeve bottom length
-19" shoulder to shoulder
-10" armhole
comfort pro club short sleeve in size medium:
-40.5" chest
-15" neck
-30" hps
-does not have side seams
-8.75" sleeve top length
-5" sleeve bottom length
-6.75" sleeve opening
-18" shoulder to shoulder
-10" armhole
comfort pro club long sleeve in size medium:
-42" chest
-29" hps
-15" neck
-23.75" sleeve length
-18.5" shoulder to shoulder
-10" armhole
-does not have side seams

figure out the size you want as your label. set those dimensions in your design software and start designing. just like making a t shirt design. same steps same process

dope! i tried offering Shaka to my Pro Club loving customers. it didnt work out hahahaa so i stuck with Pro Club for them.

Next Level discontinued the 1800 (Ideal heavyweight tee) a year ago. That’s why they’re hard to find. Alpha/Mission/SanMar have none. NL only has specific colors left in big quantity. Sucks cuz that was a great shirt.
