    I use to work at starbucks at the airport inside of a hotel at the airport.. so there’s always business meetings, people running late for the shuttle bus.. I had a tip jar yes they would tip.. but I would keep my money in the jar🤔 then I notice a few wouldn’t tip.. (GAME CHANGER) so I came up with this leave $2 in the jar once it get full take the money out and put $2 back in.. I would come home some nights with $200 or $300 a day!! for 6 hrs they leave $20keep the change rushing to get the shuttle or they felt bad I only had $2 in my jar..Moral of the story is just like you said customers don’t know what you have just be ready to be on GO when them orders come in Thanks for your information 🤗

    Oh man this was one of my BIGGEST issues when starting out. Now I barely keep anything on hand. I found a local supplier that I purchase shirts from when I need. It's too much to have everything. Too much space, money, and stress. It's not needed. People are usually cool with waiting a few days to get their shirts. But its all dependent on your business and your customers. But to keep on hand, for easy orders like for my etsy, I kept black shirts and white shirts. That's it. When people needed a bunch of shirts, I ordered them and would tell them to give me a few extra days. They were always cool with it.
    I always say that what works for me wont always work for anyone else and what works for them could not work at all for me. It's all personal preference and finding out what works for you.
    Love how you explained this man. Big props as always.

    • @BigBrandoh
      @BigBrandoh  Год назад +4

      thats exactly right!! we all have that same mentality starting out. but as you work and grow you start to figure out what is needed and what is wasted. and your right. most customers dont care about waiting a few days. it works out best when you are up front and open with them from the jump. keep winning brotha!!! 💪🏾

  • @gaming4K
    @gaming4K Год назад

    You would start with black but i will probably have to start with sublimation on white. When i get some more money i could do black with vinyl and puff i might have to do something on my site like if you get 1-3 shirt order than delivery is 2-3 days more order is 6-8 days so i can have 3 shirts per size on me in the first few weeks or months. Last time i ordered the shirt got here in 2 days and where i ordered from they had like 2000 shirts on stock so they would not run out quickly. I got this idea from watching this video so thanks i might even use it :D My main focus is not the white shirts tho but another product that just arrived this week, so from selling that i can start the black shirts too.
