- HUGE credit to @browniefox7218 she made a layout and storyboard for this which I followed to make this! Her idea for filling the time and the movement was all so amazing!
I hope y’all like this! I’m super happy with how it came out. It was interesting cuz there’s a lot of characters in this that I’m actually pretty ambivalent to or don’t really like but they’re important for this moment in the narrative, so it was kinda neat to stretch myself to draw character so don’t really care about.
Technically the fall of RG would have happened when Ienzo was a little older? Since he’s a kid in BBS and Lea and Isa both need to get hired onto the research team before the world falls to darkness, but brownie and I decided to take some liberties here haha

I love how at the end Xeahnort is looking all casual with Kairi as Raident Garden is falling to Darkness.
How fucking cool would it be to get a game about the tragedy of what would become the Hollow Bastion, the rise of Ansem Seeker of Darkness, and a full view into the lives of all the original Organization XIII without diving too deep into the Xehanort of it all. Like a 358/2 but for the Org's Somebodies, the FF crew, and Kairi's early life (so she might actually have a character for once)? I can dream at least...

Good luck because you're gonna have to go through a lot of lore before you arrive to that specific part of Kigdom Hearts.
I'm not saying that to discourage you of course, it can be tedious at some point but it's worth it !
Best way to get into kh without playing the games imo. Just see a Nobody that looks gender and then fall into a kh wiki rabbit hole

They're the apprentices of Ansem the Wise. They performed twisted science experiments that resulted in their world being overrun by shadow monsters that devour people's hearts. I'd go into more detail, but the lore is so convoluted that we would probably be here all day.

Holy shit hahaha just a few months ago I started hyperfixating on this moment as well. Its a serious shame the games dont go into detail about what exactly went down when Radiant Garden fell.
Btw when I imagined this, it would always be to "Blackout" from In The Heights (and had a little Lea/Isa thrown in at the end)

I only just discovered this and can I just say well done! This looks really good and I did not expect it to show Radiant Garden being consumed by darkness! I am glad that we got to see that since it was never shown in the games!

This is soooooooo good! I just came across this video while looking for KH AMV's and can't beleive my luck I found this not long after it was posted! The fall of RG I think would be cool to see and this is more or less how I evasion it. Even down to Even trying to protect Ienzo. I love everything about this!

Sometime before starting 3 you should also watch or read a recap of Union X since that was a mobile game that is no longer available. And AFTER KH3 read a recap of Dark Road, which was a side story thing added to Union X after KH3 came out.
@@adrianamurillo5810 "Kingdom Hearts 1" is where the story starts (it's not until after that the numbers get complecated), but "Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days" (see?) is also a great starting point (and the best written, imo).
There are also Manga adaptations of most of the earlier games that are pretty good, if you don't want to commit to several full-lengh action RPGs

I have a headcannon. That during this Lea and Isa were fighting Ansem because they were trying to free subject it. Hence why ansem/xehanort had to go find Kairi
And yet, they joined him later, with Saix fully submiting himself to Xehanort. Guess the plan didn't quite work out. They bited more than they could chew.
