President Donald Trump pressed then-Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to help persuade the Justice Department to drop a criminal case against an Iranian-Turkish gold trader who was a client of Rudy Giuliani, according to three people familiar with the 2017 meeting in the Oval Office.
Tillerson refused, arguing it would constitute interference in an ongoing investigation of the trader, Reza Zarrab, according to the people. They said other participants in the Oval Office were shocked by the request.

Why would a whistleblower attorney have a security clearance of any type? Also noticed attorney had set up a go fund me for first person that had raised around $300,000.00, is that his pay? This attorney is really benefiting if the money goes to him.

In 1999 I was a whistleblower in the state police. 3 days later my home was invaded by the same state cop with a bogus search warrant. I went through hell, as did my family. We lost everything...

John Kiriakou is a true American hero, and a true whistleblower. Most of media think that it's their job to tell you what to think, as opposed to providing you with the facts and some analysis and letting you draw your own conclusions. Either they think we're terribly dumb or that they're super-smart. Whichever it is, I'm less than impressed at these geniuses (excluding any honest media out there, naturally -- thanks so much for all you do!).

Kiriakou has a strong opinion that is almost completely unaligned with whistleblower law. I respect his opinion, but he shouldn't be paid as an expert here.

There are laws protecting whistle blowers. If you out a whistle blower, you commit a crime. And there is no need for this. We have corroborating testimony from several people who listened in on the July 25th call. We even have the transcript of the call.

What is a whistleblower? I have a whistle, and blower - but still can’t discern the need for or value of a Whistleblower - when 95 percent of the president’s call was released via transcript. What are we missing?

Not to take anything away from Mr. Kiriakou as a whistleblower, but an FYI here. Mr. Kiriakou is co-host of Loud and Clear on Sputnik Radio (formerly Voice of Russia and RIA Novosti). Sputnik was established by the Russian government-owned news agency Rossiya Segodnya. I wish not to impugn Mr. Kiriakou's statements, but in these times, it seems necessary to question a person's motivation. Tucker, if you have Mr. Kiriakou on your program again, might you ask him about this?

And it's not a 2nd WB, it's the first WB source now come forward. They all talk about another WB come forward to squawk or collaborate, but that's the 1st WB source which being soon found out about and facing serious charges. They have to make an announcement of the 2nd WB regardless if information is used or even pursued. So they've just called it a 2nd WB to protect that source from charges as they will now be protected by WB program. And the original WB indicated there was several sources, certainly more than one and you know it's not true because only one additional, the second WB has popped out. Any other sources would see this protection avenue and themselves claim WB protection. So basically it's these two yowls who collaborated with schifftards cronies.
