You can use the sauce to make dry rice think noodle (basically pho noodle, mix this sauce, add cooked sliced pork, cooked shrimp, cooked ground pork) or big rice noodle stir fried with veggies and meat/seafood. Check out her other video showing big rice noodle stir fried. I hope this helps
