I have a Nokia XR20 since 2 years for Outdooirs activities. This rugged phone has ideal specifications for Outdoors activities but I have a lot of problem with it Outside ! When I take georeferenced pictures or when I use application for navigation, the smartphone shut-down and try to restart. the batterry is not empty but the only solution for a correct restart is to connect it at a power supply. I send it for repair but I have always the same problem. I am convinced that it's a software problem and not a specific hardware problem of my specif device. Does some one have the same problem ?
