You are great my friend, we follow you from Spain, and never missed an episode.
@@mysicko19 100% agree. Couldn't have said it better myself. I'm totally fascinated by these videos, the history, the monumental construction & effort that went into everything
Absolutely incredible!! I can almost hear the soldiers talking who were once present.A massive thank you for letting me enjoy such a rare place 👏👏👏👏👏✌️✌️
As normal, you never cease to amaze me with the locations you find for us to explore with you. This one was in such great shape too, not defaced with mindless graffiti on the walls. EE looks like he had a whale of a time again, and is learning so much from you, as we all are. Keep up the great work, and thank you for sharing. Stay safe and well my friend
My gosh you two can find the most interesting and amazing WWII locations to explore! I can not get over the effort that the Germans put in to these tunnel systems! The amount of rock they had to go through and remove just astounds me! Thanks so much for taking us along once again!! Take care and stay safe my friends!!
What a wonderful exploration! Wow! The brick room looked so well made! I really like the diagrams and maps you show to help us visualize things so much better! You are so thorough!
Great work my friend. Some great building finds. A thank you to the tunnel owner for allowing access. The Siemans junctions should go to a museum for restoration. The hard rock cut passage is beautiful, the number of hours to do it is large. Stay safe and dry out there.
Yes William , very glad we could be allowed in there and so interesting to see that. Those caves / tunnels are totally awesome to dig into. Thanks and more to come :)
I hope you let these property owners know how thankful your viewers are that they let you explore these fantastic locations. Without the friendship, trust and respect you’ve shown these property owners, we may never have seen these great pieces of history. I couldn’t imagine what it would be like to have these structures on my property. Am sure at first it’s exciting but over the years they begin to be ignored. The brick work they did in that one room is beautiful. You don’t see that kind of workmanship today. Thanks for bringing these lost gems to us to see.😊
That was another brilliant adventure. The Germans just built and built and built. The lengths you go to so we can all see these locations is above and beyond, THANK YOU. Great work as always guys. The best history videos on RUclips 👏👏
I was stunned by the brick room, so huge and so finely made! I am trying to get my grandchildren into watching your videos, so that they can learn things not being taught at school.💖
I work and study. So I don't always have the opportunity to watch all of your videos. And thats my loss; mate. This was excellent; what a buzz ; no graffiti. Thankyou, mate always enjoy.
Such an interesting location. The first tunnels were all neatly concrete and ending in the stunning brick room. The second tunnel complex was mainly the raw blasted out caverns. Amazing stuff with the soldiers able to Move to the MG positions in safety. Thanks to you HH and EE and the generous owner for the opportunity to explore and view these structures. That was tough work in the steep terrain. Keep safe and well, kind regards.
Both sets of tunnels were so interesting especially how tall the first one was. It must have been so exciting to walk through them. That was so good of the gentleman to let you have the key so you could go inside. Yes, being nice & kind to people pays off. I've been allowed into places the public usually isn't allowed on some museum ships, historical sites, and museums just because I've been nice to the staff and/or volunteers and have asked some questions about things.
Fantastic of the owner to let you explore the place and share it with your viewers. Real quality in the build of the brick lined room, don't see that very often.
As always HH and EE thank you for such an exciting and informative adventure. I must say I would never be able to go in to those tunnels unless I had a map, but you two fearless duo do it over and over, time and time again. Be continue to be careful, safe and well....
Your adventures are so amazing. It so cool that you share these adventures not just with WWII history buffs, like me, but that you share them with Eagle Eyes and Bunker Buster Girl. You are creating memories for them that will last a lifetime. Keep up the good Dad work and keep those adventures coming!
That is the plan my friend , sharing these great moments with my family and all of YOU out there to enjoy and learn from. Thanks so much for being here.
I was stationed in Germany from 1983 until '87, then back again '92-2000. I walked the woods and often saw many things that were so interesting. There is so much to see if you know where to look. And the fact is that you are doing what I always dreamed of doing and I am jealous and thank you at the same time. There is a place in Kindsbach, it is called Kindsbach Cave. After the war, the Americans took it over and built it a bit more and used it for about 40 years. You should go and check it out. It was a Top Secret place, but now it was turned back over to the family who used to own the property before Adolph took it for Bundeswehr use. It is Rheinland, right next to Ramstein Air Base.
@@johnfrymyer8346 my hometown is Wahtersbach. I miss it tremendously. Gelnhausen is next door. Coleman Powell was stationed there and my uncle met and shook his hand back then.
Going thru the tunnels was pretty cool. It gave me a better picture of what the troops were looking at in WWII. Not sure I would have liked all that white paint, but then again I never had to live with the same flashlights they did.
Awesome job again y'all. Give our thanks to the folks that gave us access to their bunker. Just amazing how much work they put into these fortifications. And a big thanks to you and EE for bringing it to us. Stay safe.

It's really amazing how much building work they did on that location. Digging those tunnels alone would have taken ages, then concreting the floor and putting in the wiring, and all the rest. Just to connect those MG positions. That is some serious work. But so cool that they are virtually untouched. The fittings may have been ripped out, and the doors rusted, but they are otherwise, pretty much, like they were when the Germans were there. The noise of running boots, and equipment jangling, would have been deafening in those tunnels. Incredible stuff. Thank you both as always for sharing this with us, The effort you put in to these amazing videos is always very much appreciated. Cheers to you all!
Agree Peter , so much work done and sometimes i wonder if that was ever worth it at all even though the location seems important. Thanks for your great support my friend.
Once again, many thanks for another fascinating video and also for the time, effort and energy you and Eagle Eyes expended on this latest trip. Keep up the good work and I look forward to the next instalment!
Some impressive works going on in those mountains for sure , makes one wonder just what has been walled up in those tunnels. Another great video guys !
Wow,that was an incredible location. And like you said, this was just a small part of what the Germans constructed. Another really interesting location. The tunnel system with the brickwork is so elaborate, I can't even begin to picture what it looked like when it was in use. It seems far too detailed and complex for just a machinegun position, it would be terrific if wartime photos existed showing it all when it was manned by troops. Thanks for sharing.

The TODT Organisation sure knew their stuff. Perfect position to defend railroad access. Bricked room was impressive, so solid and well built. Hell all the structures were something. Wouldn't be surprised if they could be still utilized today if needed. 3M high ceiling tunnels were something. Imagine time spent designing and building. Also curious to know what that blocked off room was. I think that EE was probably right a small vehicle would most likely fit in the tunnels of that last structure. You 2 made quite the trek. Very exciting little area. Deserves a second visit. Of course, the owner let you access his property. A good guy you are indeed HH. Thanks for taking us there EE & HH.
awesome I loved going on adventures with my dad and brother when we was kids..god rest his soul what a great thing you have going for you and your kids I wish you all the best and hope u can enjoy the time together for many years to come
A very interesting place and also a bit different from the normal with those unusually long tunnels and beautifully bricked up rooms. Once again, I am awed by the amount of sheer physical labor that the Germans undertook to build these structures in mountains and hills through solid rock in some places. Great presentation. Many thanks to you both for bringing it to us, my friends .
Those tunnels are very "sci-fi" like. Lots of German precision carving those babies out. Who ever engeneered that, knew what he was doing. Just awesome, Thanks WW-2 HH and Eagle Eyes!🤠
Nice tunnels in good condition, always a pleasure to watch you explore underground facilities . I use to visit places like that on my own also, but when you are doing it for me, I’m not the one to get those nasty big spiders in my hair😉
I would love to know who did all of the labor and craftsmanship on building these Bunkers and Tunnels? Great Video. It seems like it would have taken incredible time, skills and manpower to complete these fortifications.
Sometimes the Germans actually hired local workforce , who were paid generally 2-3 times more then typical wages for such work in areas like that. Other times forced work being performed. Thanks.
Nice movie! You should come and visit a RIESE complex in the southern Poland, probably the biggest underground structure ever built by Todt organisation. Good Luck
Wow that was quite the German WW2 historical site. A shame that developers tore down the original bunker there, but there was still lots to see. Nice to see that there were still some original cable and power junction boxes and filters there. You can always tell when the TODT Organisation was involved as structues are usually still standing and in great shape. Amazing! I bet you were just thrilled HH to see your favourite buddies mosquitoes, flies, and juicy spiders. Enjoyed EE usual commentary. I hope that he was able to get his hiccups under control. Yes definitely a good thing you had your trusty Oilite X7R Marauder flashlight with you. Most certainly appreciate your efforts HH and EE.
Sometimes it's difficult to realize that all this transpired not even 100 years ago. Those high-arched, smoothly hewn and painted, or bricked passages/rooms may have been made so due to frequent visits by high-ranking officers, or party members, maybe? Danke.
Thanks for the video HH and EE, this place seems very eerie to me as though the soldiers are still there. This is one of the best places I have seen so far its totally awesome thanks for taking us there and the man who let you go inside!!😎🐓🐓🐓🐓🇬🇧🇺🇦

More more I wish I could be there I'm on the wrong side of the ocean love what you are doing
Well you know history is everywhere and thanks for being here.
Nice movie! You should come and visit a RIESE complex in the southern Poland, probably the biggest underground structure ever built by Todt organisation. Good Luck
We did :) Thanks for watching.
Absolutely fascinating! Thank you 😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Looking forward to seeing more history 👍Is the railroad still there? ❤

Thanks Mario.
Another fantastic video. Thank you.
Appreciated :)
OUTSTANDING JOB
Appreciated David.
Fantastic explore
Thank you so much :)
We will share more from this amazing place later Laura and greetings from us.
Good video. The second tunnel looks like a natural tunnel.
Great place it is and thanks :)
You always do such a great job, I love your show
Thanks for watching.
a fabulous find well done
Thanks Andrew
Sometimes it's difficult to realize that all this transpired not even 100 years ago. Those high-arched, smoothly hewn and painted, or bricked passages/rooms may have been made so due to frequent visits by high-ranking officers, or party members, maybe? Danke.
Well i really couldnt tell but what a great place it is. Thanks Dave.
Big up! 👍😉
Rock'n'Roll Baby 🤟 👍
Thanks for watching.
Great video 👍👍👍👍
Thanks Glenn.
Another gripping video. Could that rock tunnel have been an old mine shaft?
No it is all made for by the Germans. Thanks for watching.
Places like this need to be restored for history.
I totally agree and let us hope for the best in the future :) Thanks.
Thanks for the video HH and EE, this place seems very eerie to me as though the soldiers are still there. This is one of the best places I have seen so far its totally awesome thanks for taking us there and the man who let you go inside!!😎🐓🐓🐓🐓🇬🇧🇺🇦
IT as very interesting indeed and so glad we could share that with you :)
I thought a i saw a coin on the floor when you were showing the bakelite switches in the bricked room ?
Hm that could be actually. Thanks for watching.
That was amazing. And more amazing: your relationship with your children. I am not a father yet, but I wish I will be as good as you are. Very interesting place, great video, I had a good time. Stay yourself I love what you are doing, Cheers!
Thank you for that Raphael and greetings from us.
