This video shows how Disney turned Luke from a pure Jedi who doesn’t give up on his loved ones to a coward who ran away because his “beloved “ nephew failed him.
You make a great point about the Jedi becoming too engaged with politics but that brings up a great question or a line of thought in that, could that have all been steered by Sith like Plagueous and others who were behind the scenes manipulating such things to get them more involved and use that eventually against them. Just a thought, great video.
I liked the situation between the Jedi and the Senate in The Acolyte, I liked the idea... But the execution was poorly done, I like the imperfections of the order... They misunderstand their own philosophy.
this is why i prefer clone wars and the old republic era and luke jedi academy over the acolyte nonsense but that's just my opinion.
The fall of the Jedi seems more like the machinations of a billionaire company forcing planned obsolescence in a piece of art then anything remotely planned from the get go.
That is what happens when a corporation have a monopoly on a brand that it do not created.
