Thank goodness for cameras! They should terminate all the officers that were present! Unacceptable that they should just stand by and watch it happen. Absolutely disgusting. They are all complicit in the incident.
And they need to be charged with assault and holding someone against their will.
Reporter is correct. It should be investigated by the FBI, but they too are compromised by corruption. That effectively leaves the 2nd Lt. with no accountability from the so-called officers brutality.
Actually this could be looked into officially by the Army because the Army officer was still on duty and in uniform when the incident happened. The military counts all accidents and incidents the same during travel as if it happened in the work place. The police officer can be treated as a breach of security especially in matters of classified information. The Army officer can use rules of engagement at Preventing or neutralizing hostile efforts to intimidate or coerce the US by the threat or use of armed force or terrorist actions. At no point did the police officer show his badge or read him his rights, or explain why he was pointing a weapon at him. This means that military rules apply to protect national security and sensitive information and Army assets.

Watch the whole arrest on police activity. The officers did nothing wrong. He was resisting and not listening to the cops. However, the pepper spray was a bit much.
