Love long ones! No need to search for something while I am knitting myself. I like when bloggers do describe their projects in details. It really helps when someone knits the same thing.

Wow. The dress is stunning. I feel like it’s definitely and knitters dream achievement! The pattern sounds so detailed I don’t think I’ve come across anything like it. Props to you and the designer!

Thanks a lot again for your podcast. Love it. And again I listened to two episodes of your spot the differences. They are so helpful, when I am undecided. A tip to your slippery slippers: I bought sock-stop latex for my socks. I have slippery wood floors and like to go with socks without fear to skate around. The latex helps and stays with washing.

For the heel bulk, what I’ve done that worked really well is after machine felting, I hand felted the corners with a bit of soapy water to felt additionally and round it more while I had it on.

The dress looks incredible! Such an amazing piece, and it fits you so well! And 26 sizes with the guidance how to blend between them, the designer and the editor (if there's any) really had a lot of work to do. Sometimes I wish I wouldn't be such a slow knitter, if I'd try to make it, I'd finish in 10 years 😂 It's beautiful. And the jumper (cardigan? the piece you're making for over it) will look great, I'm sure. Have fun at the party! ❤

I'm currently working on the CARDI Jumper from the same designer and I really love how she writes patterns. I'm fairly new to garment knitting and pattern reading for knitting and her writing really makes sense without being to detailed.

Love your Clara sweater it is beautiful. I also was very happy you had the pattern for the felted slippers. I had the pattern but down loaded the wrong language when I downloaded it and didn’t notice until months later when I was ready to knit them.i wasn’t sure how to get ahold of it again in English. So thanks.

If you do decide to felt anything again, I found I had better results and control by just soaking in the kitchen sink then rolling and rubbing by hand. If you roll and rub you can control the width and length so much better. But that being said, your slippers look great.

I felted my slippers until you cannot see the stitch definition and the heel bump disappeared 🤷‍♀️ There is also a product called sock stop that is basically a grippy puff paint

I think maybe on your sweater you may have encountered what has happened to me: palette yarn is very scaly which means that once it has been knit, especially with mohair, you may get less stretch. Your knitting is beautiful. It should be relaxing, not work. Enjoy!❤

If you toss your knits in with jeans, they'll felt faster, and you won't waste water.
