Voters are paying attention! An example today my daughter came over to pick apples. We ended up talking about the candidates, Project 2025, contraception, and related issues for about an hour and a half. We have never done this in previous elections. My son showed up later and we talked about the impacts of various bills in our state and nationally and how that would impact our daily lives. Independent media and various social media outlets have done an excellent job of getting real live videos and documentaries of issues impacting our daily lives in front of viewers and people are talking about the issues. Yes, we do have that weird uncle who is going to vote against his own self-interest because he doesn't understand and refuses to look at anything else except his limited exposure to print and media.
