Lucy, Maximus and The Ghoul are new characters, who did not appear in the games. In the games we always play with a new character that comes out of one of the 122 vaults in which thousands of people live. That gave the producers a lot of freedom to create a new story for the series. Love your reactions!
The Ghoul was Cooper Howard, the man entertaining at the party. He's just....very old at this point.
Ghouls are smart zombies like "Return of the living Dead"/"Evil Dead". Feral Ghouls are dumb/animal zombies like Walking Dead/28 Days later/Dawn Of The Dead/Night Of The Living Dead/etc.
Apologies, but they're not. Zombies are typically people who've died. Ghouls aren't dead, they are irradiated (with a mutation), and most importantly, living humans.
The look on your face you need a fall out look up trust me it does not ruin the show it is independent of all the game story lines. These are all new characters no game or anything Fal Out Barley overlap unless there is a time difference.
In Fall Out the microprocessor was never invented, during the war between China and the US China was about to lose and let the nukes fly. We have never seen another country in the Fall Out seires, but there were 120 vaults built around the US and they all run differently the set up with three vaults connected is new.
watching a video that explains the timeline of Fall Out will not spoil the show not even the games since they have multiple story lines, and they are best a choose your own adventure. I would play New Vega, Fall Out 3 and Fall Out 4. you can get them all of them for less than 10 dollars right now.
Ignore the haters. Blind reactions are better anyways! Personally I prefer when the reactor has ZERO knowledge and has done zero research. Makes things more exciting! 😁
