Better than a tumble dryer?! Ebac dehumidifier 3850e. Stop damp, dry clothes, prevent condensation. Cheaper to run than a tumble drier? Could help with energy bills, gas and electric in the cost of living crisis.

I find the units noise relaxing. I don't like silence when trying to sleep. I'm insomniac anyway. Those who sleep normally shouldn't have any issues. All the benefits far out way a little noise, in my opinion. I wouldn't be without my Ebac. 👍

I have Argosy version its fine leave it on smart mode in Kitchen ,Economical no tumble drier required 😁also when I first used house felt couple of degrees warmer as unit removed built up moisture.

Our old one also shown in the video worked fine. Wife liked the new one after I told her about it; I saw ads on Facebook, funny she’d been looking at it in Woollacotts so we bought it.

I was looking at this for a flat with a bad condensation problem but a bit worried about the running costs with the price cap increase.

They give all the running cost details on their website. You won’t be running it year round so there is that. It’s too early and in a new house for me to say how much it’s costing. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
