What a fantastic pattern. I don't mind your videos taking 'so long', and it shouldn't matter to others either. You are doing a great thing by teaching newbies everything you can. My mother only taught me 3 steps. Chaining, single crochet, and double crochet. I only made one thing as a kid. A scarf! lol. Now that I am older, I am learning everything I can about crochet. Hundreds of videos in the last few years have helped me and taught me which I now believe my mother just didn't 'know how' to explain the basics to me. She was so far advanced with crochet and knitting, she probably felt it too difficult to take a few steps back for me. She could crochet every type of yarn and strings, had every size crochet hook. Since she passed away 17 years ago, I acquired a lot of her personal stuff. Yarn in plastic bags, unfinished projects, all her crochet and knitting needles, even the old nail clippers! I am searching and learning all the stitches and designs to match up to her unfinished projects, so that I may finish them. Baby blankets, toddler outfits, to fancy lace crochet angels. So, your videos and many other crafters' videos are a huge help to someone like me. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking a long time to teach us. :D
This was very fun we watched at work during break and at end of each break it's passed and it's 7 different colors beautiful .

This is a beautiful yet complex stitch. It looks like I still have a lot to learn but I need to get a better grasp at what I have learned in the past few years...then I can get these more complex ones....lovely.

Lovely pattern I think it needs the two colours to show the pattern off as its harder to see on the white and variegated one, would make a nice scarf in this pattern your videos are just right you can really see what your doing they are helpful 😊😊
I think the white band shows off the pink popcorn better than the solid white and definitely more than the variegated yarn.
I just got this book and I think you might like it. It's full of 500 stitches and it's only $12 on Amazon. It's called The Complete Book of Crochet Stitch Design by Linda Schapper. She also has a great companion book ofcrochet border designs called The Complete Book of Crochet Border Designs that I would argue is even better than the original book. They are just have books! The border designs are original and creative and I find her work very inspirational. I hope this helps.
That is cool. Very neat but my mind was over thinking. It would be extra work but the popcorn stitch done in different color with the shell . if that makes sence
