This would have been hysterical if Lester opened that door and swung a naked leg at you and said "Happy Valentine's day baby; ready for this?" And then saw Goldie! Ha! And you said "ready for this?" Goldie was probably enjoying the heat from your bath and marveling at your eggs (bubbles) you were sitting on. Too cute. I would put the nesting box on the rug though. Your floor will be cold (little insulation on mobile homes.)

Though their bathroom skill can happen at any time they chose. Mine 3 are housed in our In our lit up basement. I turn lights on and off for them. Feed them chopped kale and veggies each day. Plus warm wet layer mash... So you can enjoy spoiling Goldie... Hahaha

Jami and Lester, the biggest complement I can give is that both of you let the animals be themselves without fear or confusion. The geese attack, Tex is hornery, the goats are naughty...etc. Goldie is probably being drawn to the heat from the tub.
We had over 70 free roam chickens growing up and they would get into the house and car even try to get on the school bus with us. They are so funny when you actually pay attention to them. Goldie is so pretty hopefully she can hatch some eggs chicks are too cute.

If she went in the house for something he would go up the steps and to the door and peck in the glass for her. He wouldn't even go back to the pen for winter. Her husband had to build him a special box on top of there freezer on the porch where he could see in all the time. They can be so loveable and attached. You are just precious with her. ❤❤

Jami you're a great mommy to all your critters. We've raised so many animals in our bathroom,and our spare room. Calves, Foles, turkeys, chickens, geese, pigs,goats and almost any farm animals you could name. Also alot of wild animals that needed help. Skunks, bobcat, opossums, raccoons, porcupine and crows. So you're not alone. Thank God there are people like you to take care of the animals that are in need of love.
I grew up on a small rescue farm. We had a lot of chickens at one point. They have such funny characters. One moved into our home after being attacked and she never left. She would steal cereal from breakfast, jump into the toilet bowl and ‘wash’, chase the dogs around.. I want another chicken after seeing Goldie 🥰
