You simplified it, exit, exit, pass the dishes, mouse hole, bounce, head, attitude, etc... Your video transformed a very insecure guy into a dancing machine! :) You made it so simple I was able to teach others that night and they did excellent too. To slow down a horse down to you lean back, and tug lightly on the reins. Light enough to slow the horse down, but that enough that it changes their gait. It is called a half halt. I made a disco move.

The 70's gave birth to the robot, pop and lock and more. The moves in this video are more "stereotypical "dad dancing" 70s than what you saw a lot of in clubs and discos. Look how Michael Jackon moves in the 70s. There are elements of 70s dance in this video, but the "way" it's done is important, the style, the funk element of movement and core rhythm, flow. It takes a lot of natural confidence, an electric presense and "essence" to pull them off. Watch a lot of the black 70's dancers in those videos and you'll get what I mean. i think these moves are great. 1. we go to disco to have fun and this is a good way to have fun 2. most people look stiff when they dance. with some of these moves you avoid looking stiff. 3. if you use these moves you are different from 99% of the people in there and you will be noticed in a positive way.
