Boy, you brought back some good memories, lady. As I recall, there was only 12 basic moves to Disco. After that, it was all improvisation. And boy, did I have some moves. Every time a new dance came out, I had to learn it; the Boogaloo, the Shake, the shingaling, and who can forget, the twist. But when disco came along, I was in my glory.
I was in those discos every weekend back in the day and I do remember some of the moves, but I need a refresher. I’m thinking of teaching it, so I appreciate this video.
I see she is dancing to "Hot Stuff" by Donna Summers which is really a Rock&Roll,not a disco song and Donna Won her only Grammy for a single in the Rock category for this great song.
hey miss, you should have worn something more fit, closer to your body, not loose, so that we can see the moves of you body. too bad. it's like you're dancing from behind a curtain and saying "look at me". this vid needs to be redone.. like Fez and Jackie at the disco in That '70s Show - S01E07 - That Disco Episode
