That is, ahem, a uhhh interesting car to import, considering the cost of shipping right now as well, to each their own.
I'm driving the 2019 1.8 version and what I can say is that it is very economical on fuel and driving it does not feel like a middle class sedan ,it's more on the higher level. Nice 🚗 🚘
I'm driving same Nissan Sylphy model B17 Series on 4.12.2018. Despite having my car for servicing at the authorised Nissan agent, the car started to show series of mechanical and electrical faults. The absorbers started deteriorated. Recently, the car stereo comes with reverse camera caput. Be mindful if if you wish to buy such saloon car.

Two differences I can spot between this and the American and Canadian Sentra is the American and Canadian Sentra’s have amber reflectors in the headlights to comply with North American DOT laws and the Japanese Sylphy has a key hole on the trunk/boot whereas the North American Sentra does not. Also this Sylphy has LED indicator side mirrors whereas the North American Sentra does not
Apparently, here in Brazil we have the same version of Sentra as you have there. No air conditioning outlet for the rear occupants, no ashtray, no 'ECO' button and conventional headlights... The Japanese one seems to be xenon. And the engine sold here was the MR20DE. Oh, Sentra that was sold here was produced in Mexico and imported here.

This DLC is the same as the GT-R has and the HR series of the VQ engines. You need fewer oil. So it´s coating for friction on the valves. Guess this model is for very high emission standarts like the old QG18 was.

I own a Nissan Sylphy as well. The car that I own is brown and has no aftermarket sun shades. It has the same rims as this car, same touchscreen, a liitle bit different and doesn't have those aftermarket wind shades on the windows of this car. My husband's brother imported a Nissan Sylphy that was brown to me as my new car in 2019. I am from Trinidad and Tobago. The Sylphy I own is a great and very stylish car, it was a 2016 and my husband's brother imported it from Japan to Trinidad in 2019.

I hope they got CVT replacements in Aruba
Maybe that's why you were unable to open the trunk by pressing the button. You did not have the keyfob on you.

It seems as though it's only available in China. I'm not sure if Japan will be importing. It does not look that way. I'm an importer from Trinidad & Tobago

Most of the Caribbean countries that drive on the left hand side of the road Bahamas, Jamaica, Trinidad, Guyana, Barbados, Cayman Islands just to name a few import vehicles from Japan
The teanna is the bigger version of this car which is the Altima in America and Canada

The first gen of the Bluebird Sylphy was rebadged as the Nissan Sunny is other parts of Asia whereas the second generation remained a thing if its own (and owning a 2nd gen car I can tell its easily the best car from the Sylphy lineup)
