Excellent video on this important maintenance procedure. The active ingredient in Dezcal is citric acid. I just buy Millard Citric Acid crystals and use that as you demonstrate with boiler heat off during soak. Glad you posted this as it's past time for me to descale!
Are you sure its Descale tablets or Cleaning Tablet? Descale is usually powder or solution. Can you tell me the product name or link? As you shouldn't use Cleaning tablet for Descale

Iwanna buy one, but reviews say the coffee doesn't get hot enough. Is that true?
I didn't find any issue on that. Generally if you make espresso in any machine, it won't be hot like drip coffee.
