I've also been trying to detox my home but it can feel overwhelming because it feels like there is no limit to the number of items that can be toxic or the number of toxins I should look out for. I stopped taking pills 7 months ago, I regret I was taking them for so many years, my acne is a bit worse now, but still I'm happy I made that decision, I have less headaches, and my skin have a healthier glow :)
What anti-contraceptions did u use (if u used any) after getting off the pill? I really want to quit the pill but also I want to feel safe in having sexual interactions without constantly fearing pregnancy!
We use a mix of tracking my cycles and condoms! Just keep in mind that you won't be able to reliably track your cycle and your fertile windows until several months after getting off the pill so def use extra protection 😊

I think that some of them can be better, especially the copper IUD, but they can still throw the body off balance and can have their own problems. I personally wouldn't get on them, but that doesn't mean they're not a good choice for others 😊

I tried the pill(s) felt crazy and like a whale on every one ... I also dont have cystic acne now that I am off the pill 🙄

My biggest fear is my breasts are gonna get smaller... is this common when quitting BC?
If your birth control made them bigger, then they might go back to your normal size if you get off. But if not, then they shouldn’t!

Great video! What are your thoughts on non hormonal birth control such as IUD (like copper ones)? Not sure if that’s the right English translation 😂
