This is precisely what I was looking for. I typically sit there with pen and paper and just stare. I now have at least a base to work off of. Only one request. If you decide to make another one like this. Do it with no cuts, keep it raw. Thank you for the jumping off point bro!

This was a masterclass! You are the best.
I didn't end up submitting my verse this time but I still just listened a few times and wrote what flowed out. I think engaging in a more intentional creative process like you've shown in the recent videos will definitely help me write on beats I wouldn't usually gravitate towards. So keen for the next challenge!
Here is what I wrote anyways:
    "Divine
    Aligned
    I look inside
    & recognise
    The warmth
    Of summertime
    Long days
    Like waves
    & flowing tides
    Within myself
    I'd visualise
    The eyes of lovers
    The joy of others
    The oceans colours
    Nostalgic summers
    The natural wonders,
    (P) Could I be one in which
    A blessing touches?
    I'd see a Summertime, love
    Sun beaming down
    Full of possibility
    Heart beatin' to the sound
As blessing's be stacking, with the change of the season
Relax, sit back, attract, I receive 'em.
Summertime love, is a new kind of freedom,
Feel in, let my inner peace deepen
Reality primed like some waves in the heat,
Growing each day, feeling whole and complete
    Contemplate, innovate, in flow
Cos in Summertime season, we trust & let go...

Speaking up but still feel see thru
Just want to say what's up, I see you
And appreciate all the work that you do
    Once upon and long ago
Ask me to rap? I'd laugh and say no
    I can't, I'd never, oh I just don't know
But deep down all I'd want is to FLOW
The journey been long and I've a ways still to go
Still a beginner, but confidence like a pro
Looking back now, from that first video
You broke it down and allowed me to grow
A little tell and a little show
A little hmmm to a lotta woah

Most of the collabing I do these days is more in producer role helping my students get songs to the finish line. Have standards/boundaries for who you collab with.
