This was a masterclass! You are the best. I didn't end up submitting my verse this time but I still just listened a few times and wrote what flowed out. I think engaging in a more intentional creative process like you've shown in the recent videos will definitely help me write on beats I wouldn't usually gravitate towards. So keen for the next challenge! For sure, I used to collab alot! Used to be in a rap group, we made 100's of songs but things went left and I've been solo ever since. Most of the collabing I do these days is more in producer role helping my students get songs to the finish line. Have standards/boundaries for who you collab with.
