    Nice video, Mike. My first trillian was a "Tribble" and without a Sharpie all would have been a disaster... You explained it very well. Beautiful job. Thanks for the share. 👍🏼

    Nice. Very helpful. I just got into a bit of prospecting. I found I enjoy digging crystals. I wondered ... How does one make a rough stone into a beautiful piece? I've been educating myself through observing people such as yourself. Thank you for all the very informative input.

    I like that trillian shape.yes trillian not trilliant lol ..nice work.I never knew faceting removes a big part off of a rough 1.7 is more then one third of what you started with.nice gem anyhow 👌🏾

      Yes, it is unfortunate that you lose a lot of weight in the cutting process.

      JB Weld is widely available here in Home Depot stores. If you can't find it, Devcon has an epoxy that is every bit as good. I just use JB Weld because it works and because it is available.

    Have you ever handled a pallasite. The meteorite Olivine? This has needles shaped lines in it .
