    Thank you very much for these exercises! But just one question: One doing the "turtle freeze to side freeze", can I keep my head on the floor when in the turtle freeze position? Or should I lift it up, as in the static turtle freeze?

    • @KaioFalcrow
      @KaioFalcrow  2 года назад +1

      welcome! sure, it's better if your head is always on the floor during windmills, I repeat: ALWAYS, all the time, never lifting the head up in all the windmills moments and parts, even the "backspin" part of the windmill :P
      This is very important

    How do you do the crash after the side freeze? I always fall on the floor instead of flowing like you. Is it bc you keep ur legs over your head?

    • @KaioFalcrow
      @KaioFalcrow  3 года назад

      make sure to master the turtle freeze to side freeze exercise and also the other ones, I think if you are able to do them properly, the "crash" will not be a problem :)

    Hey kaio, do you have any tips for.trying.windmill with back pain? When i try to pump my back after the back spin i feel pressure in my lower back so much that i cant do another round. Will these excercises improve my core specially in the lower back area? Thanks

    • @KaioFalcrow
      @KaioFalcrow  4 года назад

      how flexible are you? probably you need more flexibility to be able to kick and bounce your legs properly, if it's not about flexibility it may be about strenght.. make sure you are flexible enough and strong enough to perform the windmill

    Hey i need an exercise for my abs because when i try the freeze pose and push on my head i feel terrible in my head, like a pop with pain , that happens when i press my stomach on exercises. Any tips to fix that?

    • @airoksurewhite3948
      @airoksurewhite3948 4 года назад +2

      Headstand and handstand, Because many times it is not only the strength in the abdomen, you need to breathe and when you do handstand and headstand or babyfreeze we tend to not breathe correctly.

    It looks like you barely need to stab freeze when you perform it

    • @KaioFalcrow
