    Me too - brilliant “This is the best tutorial ever, it even shows the Nm for the torque wrench. I LOVE THIS” I’ve never seen anyone using those little notes embedded on-screen giving us the tool and torque details - wonderful. I’m going to look for any more videos they’ve done.

    The axle bolt torque is more that 200 n.m that is only the first stage. It then requires 180 degrees so it can be torqued to yield.

      This can only be done to a bolt once, so a new bolt is required.

    WRONG TORQUE SPECS.
    If you are going to list torque specs you should be absolutely certain they are correct.
    Top strut is 15nm plus 90 degrees
    Lower strut bolt is 70nm plus 180 degrees
    Lower 3 ball joint bolts 40nm plus 45 degrees

    • @rokg601
      @rokg601 Год назад

      @@berkburak 40nm plus 45 degrees is correct from factory manual(maybe close to 100nm)
      - Sometimes certain manuals will just have just a final torque figure
      - Firmly tight by hand is okay too. theyre only small fasteners.

    Hi, would you mind suggesting if you alligned the upper end of the spring with the notch of the strut bearing? I found that if not alligned that way the spring is breaking the strut bearing, which is plastic.

    This isn't the best tutorial. Torque specs are wrong and if you really want to do yourself a favor, don't remove the axle spline. Remove the lower control arm because it's easy and only loosen the axle spline and pound it out as far as it will go with the spline still in the hub. This gives you tons of room and the strut slides right out / in no problem.
