He's only had dental work done. There are pictures of him from when he was younger and he has the exact same facial features. The changes in his looks are due to makeup, hairstyle, contacts, eyebrow grooming, and changes in weight. Honestly take a close look at pictures of him, preferably without makeup from his younger days and you can see the his features haven't been altered. The easier current pics to look at are from Bunraku or Furin Kazan (not much makeup.)
@xDarkMoonChildx The guy who answered the phone name Yoyosu. He was really surprised when he heard Gackt. Gackt was asking his name. Yoyosu was so surprise, I guess he was speaking to his parents. Gackt was asking who was the lady behind Yoyosu, Yoyosu said it was his mum. Then Yoyosu's mother was saying: What have you done? This guy is the guy from the tv! What have you done???!!! And Gackt was laughing. That was it.
Japanese people age slowly, and for some reasons Okinawan people age very SLOOOOOOOOOOOWLY. he looks younger for his age. Gackt's image has always been stoic and no nonsense attitude that always speaks calmly and rarely pulls off a funny face
