    Arigato gosaimasu ! I've just come back from Japan and this time I tasted this daikon. I came back with 2 yuzu and did your recipie. How great it is to have this flavour at home ! Thanks a lot ... I'm going to try a lot of your recipies

    Oh my yum - now I have to run to my nearest Asian market to see if they have fresh yuzu now. I definitely don't want to use bottled yuzu juice for this pickle!

    Can we just zest the yuzu skin instead of cutting it off with a knife?
    My knife skill department is lacking here 😞
