Looks fabulous! I had to chuckle regarding the farmhouse sink which is all the rage right now. People eventually insert a plastic wash basin inside of it. Seems like that's why the more modern double basin sink evolved. But to each his own.
I can imagine all cast iron plumbing and iron pipe water lines. In the past, you got you daily dose of iron like it or not. Masterly done and finished. An 1800 build brought up to today's dimensions and technology is no easy feat. Really looks good.
i saw your basement,,it really looks great,,,i been busy,,and i just did not have you book marked on my new laptop..so now i no how to copy all bookmarks from one to another...when i saw you last you was about a 1/4 ways done on your basement,,,i think you were building steps..great work Don

Farmhouse just means the sink is exposed in front of the cabinets. You can get a double basin farmhouse sink too.

Supply line was rarely cast iron. All copper.
