Amen. Same here. I don't have that relationship with my parents and we're the typical, strict, Asian family. No affection at all. I was jealous of my friends who had that loving relationship. Different generations, different times back then. My parents were born in the forties. I would only wish I could do the same, too. I'm nothing to be proud of to them. I'm no doctor or nurse so I'm the black sheep, ĺoser of the family. I'm the oldest child that everyone in the family learned from my mistakes.

And the father was not Asian, so you can imagine why my parents didn't talk to me for awhile. It doesn't matter how she got her house and the shit she's bought, she still had it BEFORE him and she was working and maintaining it and all her bills before he came in. She could've been perfectly fine with that agreement BUT then he started being on social media more and eventually started his channel. His channel consisted of him pranking her, the other shit he was doing before he started adding her wasn't getting him real views and I know because I've been following them damn near since they first started and she was running from the camera and people were picking on her accent. We've seen videos of moon going to work etc but tiko is ALWAYS home and always posting. Once their videos became more popular I'm pretty sure she started allowing it because she saw he was finally bringing in money, and shortly after going viral multiple times he bought a car. We see so much of their lives and home because HE records it and I definitely believe her when she said he just threw her family in those videos because father NEVER LOOKED COMFORTABLE until recently. They are Asian decent, they take care of each other even if it means all living in the same house, but she had to bring her father down and just brought down her mother and it was probably because father been gone so long helping moon with her kid even though tiko is there. There are plenty of people that will have a partner involved that isn't working but supposedly helping out with every other aspect of the house. She's also a nice person, I let both of my kids fathers live with me at the same time because they were both doing bad at the same time and I couldn't watch them both be homeless while I had. It was rocky at first but they made it work until they both almost a year later finally got their own spots. Nice people help, he had an accident, he lost his job and she allowed him to move on and heal but it also included his mother having to move in with them. I think he had no choice but to leave the gravy train because he cheated. All of their videos are still up. If you go through them there has been multiple times she has walked in a room and he's scrolling on social media looking at girls or he's trying to prank her about a woman he's attracted to. I REALLY believe he was finally caught messaging another woman or full on cheating. You can always wait for him to come out but he hasn't.. why if all this social media shit was HIS idea from the beginning? Yeah it's true most didn't even come for him, he's just a glorified cameraman that sometimes jumps in the videos but why not continue? Moon did. He just disappeared and when he came back to TikTok on his new page he said nothing. He looked like HE was going to cry in the apologies video while she looked upset and ready to get away from him.

She had to change the way she looked and spoke so that people wouldn't feel she didn't want to be in the videos because tiko would ask her hey moon what's the matter with yooouu in almost all of them and then had to make another one for father! They have fans now and they are already known, being stopped in public etc. who would let all of those followers and content and MONEY go? Even if she is working and has money.. she also has extra income from the videos and that would definitely mean more vacations etc that she deserves. Now the real question for tiko should be what is he going to do to get back on social media and back to the lifestyle he wanted? Because now there is no ethnic comedy relief he can go for. How soon before he pops out with a new woman because his content is based off two not himself.

Single mother's rarely find successful new relationships. Often that only happens once the child is more or less grown up and independent. It is rare for a guy to care as much for another man's kid. Let alone a special needs child. On top of that, Tiko himself has mental health struggles. How do you think that will turn out? Moon recently revealed her son had austism. That could be one of the reason Tiko doesn't seem to have a relationship with the son. Im not sure. Just guessing as he doesn't know how to speak with tiko.

In Asian House hold it's very very normal for the daughter or whatever the child is to take care of the mother and father when they get older! I think it would be most beneficial to everyone if you just came out and told the entire story of what happened. People are saying one of you found another person, someone caught cheating, family causing issues in marriage, etc. It’s damaging. I’m from Puerto Rico and it is normal for parents to live with their son or daughter or the other way around. Most Amarican cannot understand the concept of taking care of your parents because there are nursing homes they can put them in and forget them. As an American married to an Asian(Philippines) woman and also living together with her in her home country, I can honestly say what most Western men don't get is how tight the family unit is in the Asian culture. If you marry an Asian woman, I am not talking about a westernized one, you also marry the family. That is a HUGE culture shock for men of my culture. I knew that going into my relationship since my best friends growing up were Filipino. The crazy thing is I prefer having family that is so close and have each others back than what my culture typically is. It is all give and take and when you become a part of problem fixing with the family they will also have your back ten fold over when you have problems yourself. I would bend over backwards to help the people in my family..notice it isn't referred as my wife's family. They are so close I just call them my family. Still my wife puts me at the top of the pyramid. I just know the base of it is built on an amazing family and without that base it is a very small pyramid. It isn't all roses and sunshine there is plenty of drama in Asian families! lol. They love drama!! Even still at the end of the day when the crap hits the fan family protects family.

Amen. Same here. I don't have that relationship with my parents and we're the typical, strict, Asian family. No affection at all. I was jealous of my friends who had that loving relationship. Different generations, different times back then. My parents were born in the forties. I would only wish I could do the same, too. I'm nothing to be proud of to them. I'm no doctor or nurse so I'm the black sheep, ĺoser of the family. I'm the oldest child that everyone in the family learned from my mistakes.

It doesn't matter how she got her house and the shit she's bought, she still had it BEFORE him and she was working and maintaining it and all her bills before he came in. She could've been perfectly fine with that agreement BUT then he started being on social media more and eventually started his channel. His channel consisted of him pranking her, the other shit he was doing before he started adding her wasn't getting him real views and I know because I've been following them damn near since they first started and she was running from the camera and people were picking on her accent. We've seen videos of moon going to work etc but tiko is ALWAYS home and always posting. Once their videos became more popular I'm pretty sure she started allowing it because she saw he was finally bringing in money, and shortly after going viral multiple times he bought a car. We see so much of their lives and home because HE records it and I definitely believe her when she said he just threw her family in those videos because father NEVER LOOKED COMFORTABLE until recently. They are Asian decent, they take care of each other even if it means all living in the same house, but she had to bring her father down and just brought down her mother and it was probably because father been gone so long helping moon with her kid even though tiko is there. There are plenty of people that will have a partner involved that isn't working but supposedly helping out with every other aspect of the house. She's also a nice person, I let both of my kids fathers live with me at the same time because they were both doing bad at the same time and I couldn't watch them both be homeless while I had. It was rocky at first but they made it work until they both almost a year later finally got their own spots. Nice people help, he had an accident, he lost his job and she allowed him to move on and heal but it also included his mother having to move in with them. I think he had no choice but to leave the gravy train because he cheated. All of their videos are still up. If you go through them there has been multiple times she has walked in a room and he's scrolling on social media looking at girls or he's trying to prank her about a woman he's attracted to. I REALLY believe he was finally caught messaging another woman or full on cheating. You can always wait for him to come out but he hasn't.. why if all this social media shit was HIS idea from the beginning? Yeah it's true most didn't even come for him, he's just a glorified cameraman that sometimes jumps in the videos but why not continue? Moon did. He just disappeared and when he came back to TikTok on his new page he said nothing. He looked like HE was going to cry in the apologies video while she looked upset and ready to get away from him.

She had to change the way she looked and spoke so that people wouldn't feel she didn't want to be in the videos because tiko would ask her hey moon what's the matter with yooouu in almost all of them and then had to make another one for father! They have fans now and they are already known, being stopped in public etc. who would let all of those followers and content and MONEY go? Even if she is working and has money.. she also has extra income from the videos and that would definitely mean more vacations etc that she deserves. Now the real question for tiko should be what is he going to do to get back on social media and back to the lifestyle he wanted? Because now there is no ethnic comedy relief he can go for. How soon before he pops out with a new woman because his content is based off two not himself.

Single mother's rarely find successful new relationships. Often that only happens once the child is more or less grown up and independent. It is rare for a guy to care as much for another man's kid. Let alone a special needs child. On top of that, Tiko himself has mental health struggles. How do you think that will turn out? If you have mental health problems, its hard enough to maintain normal relationships. Let alone deal with a special needs child.
Moon recently revealed her son had austism. That could be one of the reason Tiko doesn't seem to have a relationship with the son. Im not sure. Just guessing as he doesn't know how to speak with tiko.

I am beginning to see parallels between Moon and Lucille Ball. In the first Lucy show, "I love Lucy" Lucy played the fool and people fell in love with the show. How could Ricky tolerate such a buffoon? Time progressed, Lucy and Desi split, and time proved that Lucy was the creative and business genius the whole time. In Asian House hold it's very very normal for the daughter or whatever the child is to take care of the mother and father when they get older! Tikko knew this coming into the relationship and his family moved in to so!!!? She was willing to take care of the man she loves, his family, her family, and her son. I think it would be most beneficial to everyone if you just came out and told the entire story of what happened. People are saying one of you found another person, someone caught cheating, family causing issues in marriage, etc. It’s damaging. Tell the whole story one time and if divorce is coming, never bring it up again. Then everyone can move on - fans and family. I’m from Puerto Rico and it is normal for parents to live with their son or daughter or the other way around. Most Amarican cannot understand the concept of taking care of your parents because there are nursing homes they can put them in and forget them. As an American married to an Asian(Philippines) woman and also living together with her in her home country, I can honestly say what most Western men don't get is how tight the family unit is in the Asian culture. If you marry an Asian woman, I am not talking about a westernized one, you also marry the family. That is a HUGE culture shock for men of my culture. I knew that going into my relationship since my best friends growing up were Filipino. The crazy thing is I prefer having family that is so close and have each others back than what my culture typically is. It is all give and take and when you become a part of problem fixing with the family they will also have your back ten fold over when you have problems yourself. I would bend over backwards to help the people in my family..notice it isn't referred as my wife's family. They are so close I just call them my family. Still my wife puts me at the top of the pyramid. I just know the base of it is built on an amazing family and without that base it is a very small pyramid. It isn't all roses and sunshine there is plenty of drama in Asian families! lol. They love drama!! Even still at the end of the day when the crap hits the fan family protects family.
