So many errors in this but I will focus on just a few. I know many won't read past this point in my comment but, then again, I guess they probably only want to have their ears tickled and coast through life thinking all is hunky dory. Those who truly want to understand will read further.
Okay, my first point (though these are not necessarily in the order in the video) is the guy's reference to what Moses is saying in Deuteronomy 4. If you look at that chapter you will not see the word "Lord" at all. Wait! Hold on! Don't leave yet! Let me explain. What you _will_ see is the word LORD in capitals! Now you probably know that due to the Israelites not wanting to say God's name in vain, they removed the divine name and replaced it with "Adonai" meaning Lord. However, what _should_ be there in Deuteronomy 4, in place of all those uses of LORD, is the divine name "YHWH". Now I don't care how you say it - Yahweh, Jehovah, Yehowah, Yahuwah - the fact of the matter is, it should be God's name there, not a title. By using the word LORD we get confusion with "Lord" when referring to Jesus Christ.
Let's look at something else. Psalm 100 announces the reign of the Messiah and starts with this:
_"The LORD said to my Lord, 'Sit at My right hand till I make your enemies Your footstool'.”_ (Psalm 100:1)
So is God talking to himself or is he talking to Jesus? What it _should_ read is: _"YHWH said to my Lord..."_
In the video reference was made to Paul saying in Romans 10:13 that everyone calling on the name of the Lord will be saved. So who is the Lord? Jesus? Nope, and here's why. Paul was quoting from Joel 2:32 which says in part _"And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved."_ Note again that LORD is in capital letters meaning it should read _"whoever calls on the name of YHWH shall be saved."_
One final thing, in my opinion, the most important point I'll make. First of all, freeze the video at 5:50 because I want you to see this on the screen. Our friend is making reference here to John 1:1. He says, after reading verse 1, that "it's pretty self explanatory". I beg to differ and I will *show* you why! I won't just tell you, I'll let you see for yourself.
Look at the screen and cast your eyes to the Greek text. In the second line of the Greek the 4th and 5th words are _τὸν θεόν,_ as are the last two words on the third line. These refer to "God" in the part of verse 1 which says "with God". The _τὸν θεόν_ in line 3 also refers to "God" in verse 2. Now look at the last 4 words of line 2 and the first of line 3 which is the part referring to "the Word was God". The Greek words there _καὶ θεὸς ἦν ὁ λόγος_ literally mean "and god was the Word". Notice I didn't capitalise the word god? There's a very good reason. Let's repeat the Greek parts and add a comment to each one
_τὸν θεόν,_ God ... Has the definite article in front of it (The word "the")
_τὸν θεόν,_ God ... Also has the definite article in front of it.
_καὶ θεὸς ἦν ὁ λόγος_ - and god was the Word ... The word god here has NO definite article in front of it!
What does this mean? In the Greek, when a noun is used it has the definite article in front. If a Greek noun doesn't have the article in front, it becomes a description rather than an identification, and has the character of an adjective rather than a noun. In the case here in verse one, what it is saying is that the Word is like God; it is NOT saying it IS God. You could also translate it as 'and the Word was divine'; you could even say "the Word was a god" because many are called gods in the Bible with even Satan referred to as "the god of this system". What you can't translate is as (at least not correctly) is "and the Word was God" meaning the Almighty. There is no "clear implication that Jesus is God" as the video says, and for him to say that it's obviously clear that the Greek says Jesus is God is just plain wrong. Sorry, this guy is misleading you and I have just shown you why. All you have to do now is decide if you want to listen to what I have just shown you from the Bible or if you want to follow what he said, something which is at odds with scripture! You have a choice to make.
Jesus is not God, he is the Only-Begotten Son of God. Note this, if something is begotten then it has a beginning. Jesus had a beginning, God did not, therefore Jesus cannot be God.

Mathew mark Luke John James Peter etc.....what did the Lord Jesus say..."I come NOT but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Without Paul we can not be saved today. 2nd Timothy 2:15 is vital for this very reason. We can NOT keep the commands btw, bc if we could then Christ wouldn't have needed to do what He did for us. That's the whole reason He paid it ALL.

      - Repentance related to salvation
In the New Testament, the primary Greek word is Metanoia: meta: to change. noia: the mind. It means to change the mind, to think differently. Every time the word repent is used in the Bible when referring to salvation from Hell, it is either the noun or verb form of this word, meaning to change your mind or thinking. There are 2 other words translated repent, in Hebrew
"Nacham" - means to feel sorry, regret, or pity, “Sub" - means turn, return, seek, Restore, but every time the reference is dealing with being saved eternally, it is metanoia or metanoeo.
Those of us who believe in salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone, have often been falsely accused of not believing in repentance. We do believe in it. But we believe in Biblical repentance.
My stance: What Are We To Repent Of?
When God tells an unsaved man to repent, He means for that man to change his mind about unbelieve and to trust in Jesus Christ as his only way to Heaven. It is natural for man to think that he can earn his way to Heaven by his good works. When he understands that he is a sinner before God and cannot save himself, and instead he trusts in Jesus Christ as his only means of salvation, that man has repented. He has changed his mind. REPENTANCE IS INCLUDED IN BELIEVING
Belief and repentance is NOT a two-step "process." A person cannot trust Christ without automatically repenting, BECAUSE the moment one trust in Christ he is also repenting at the same time.
      - Words matter
I did not say “Repent of your sins to be saved”, because turning from sins happens when you are saved. It is not a requirement or prerequisite for receiving salvation.
To say an unbeliever has to repent of their sins to be saved is to say that they have to turn from their evil way and clean up their life, before they can come to God without the Holy Spirit empowering them to overcome sin. A person must be "in Christ" in order to have any power to do this. Hence, an unsaved man has no capacity to do this.
The Bible says in Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭8‬-‭9‬ ‭KJV “So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if any man has not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.” We do not receive the Holy Spirit by repenting from sins but by Faith in Jesus Christ Ephesians 1:13. If you do not have the spirit of God you are In the flesh and good morality cannot please God. For Isaiah 64:6 says “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags”.
Turning from one's sins is something God urges us as believers to do.
It is only a saved person who can turn from sins. And such repentance is works
      ;Jonah 3:10 KJV And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way;
“turn from sins to be saved” = changing one's conduct from evil to living Holy. This terminology makes the work of a changed behavior a requirement for receiving salvation, and perverts the gospel of Christ. And it will not please God because the unsaved are in the flesh, God's standards of goodness is absolute “for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans‬ ‭3‬:‭23‬ ‭KJV‬‬
It is absolutely impossible for sinful human beings who have missed the mark, to live up to God’s standard of righteousness. This is why words matter when presenting the Gospel message to the lost because words have meaning. “Repenting of sins to be saved is bad terminology and contradicts, justification by grace through faith alone Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:5, Romans 4:4-6
It is not true that an unsaved person must do something about their sins. Instead God has done something about a person's sins (Romans 5:6,8). God has set forth His Son Jesus Christ as a propitiation for our sins (Romans 3:25). God declares the good news in the gospel of grace that He has taken care of the sin issue Himself through the sufficient redemptive work of His Son (Romans 3:24). This is what the gospel is all about (1 Cor.15:1-4)!
Now, let me pause at this point and make something clear: For those who have been saved through faith in Christ, it IS God's will that we live godly and pure lives, not to be saved, but because we are saved. The Bible declares: "For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;" (Titus 2:11-12). But trying to live a pure life never saved anyone. This is not a requirement for Heaven.
This confusion happens when people smash (positional justification) with (progressive or experiential Sanctification) together, we must make a distinction between how a Christian is saved and how a Christian should live.
Positional Justification = The one-time act of being saved front the penalty of sins being declared righteous.
Progressive or experiential Sanctification = The daily act of developing Holiness in a Christian life becoming more like Jesus .
Salvation from the penalty of sins: Positional Justification
Repent From Unbelief / to Believing in Jesus alone (1-time Repentance)= positional repentance
"Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel And saying. repent ve and believe the gospel. " Mark 1:14-15
Paul: "Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ." Acts 20:21
      Bottom Line:
An unsaved person without the Holy Spirit
CANNOT repent of their fleshly sins.
"But the natural man receiveth, not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. " 2 Corinthians 2:14
Salvation from the power of sin: Experiential/ progressive Sanctification
Turning From Sins Toward Holiness, (Living for Jesus Daily) continual turning from sin =experiential repentance
"This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." Galatians 5:16
"But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My Name, He shall teach you all things..." John 14:26
      Bottom Line:
When a person is saved, the Holy Spirit indwells them and enables them to do what they could not do before: Turn from their sins to walk in holiness.
I am very concerned how many today are confusing entering the Christian life with living it. Entering it costs nothing as long as we acknowledge we are sinners deserving of eternal separation from God and are willing to trust in Christ alone to save us. (Revelation 22:17) Living it can be costly because His standards are far different than the world's standards. At the same time there is tremendous reward for those who live for Him. (Revelation 22:12) No Christian who lives for Christ will ever say when they see Him face to face, "I am sorry I followed Him as His disciple."

      Truce for Christ,
Repentance was required for the nation Israel to be saved. After Peter informed them they killed the Christ, the Son of God, they were required to change their mind (which is the meaning of repent), as to who HE was, the Son of God.
      Acts 2:36-38
36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Act 2:38 is the good news, the Gospel of the Kingdom for Israel during the kingdom period.
Today we are not in the kingdom period. We are in the mystery period, the dispensation of Grace and the preaching of Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery Eph 3:1-5.
1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,
2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,
4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)
      5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
Our good news, is the Gospel of Christ for salvation. Rom 1:16
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Repentance is not required today, in this dispensation of Grace, only belief in the Gospel of Christ.
      Eph 6:19

Revelation 2:19 👉🏼 *I KNOW THY WORKS* 👈🏼, AND charity, AND service, 👉🏼AND👈🏼 FAITH, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.
      WORKS AND FAITH???👆🏼 WHAT WORKS????
Revelation 2:23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: *and I will give unto every one of you 👉🏼ACCORDING TO YOUR WORKS* 👈🏼.
      WHAT WORKS???👆🏼🤣
Revelation 2:26 And he that overcometh, 👉🏼 *and KEEPETH MY WORKS unto the end* 👈🏼, to him will I give power over the nations:
      WHAT WORKS???👆🏼
Revelation 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; *I KNOW THY WORKS* 👈🏼, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.
      WHAT'S WORKS???👆🏼
Revelation 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; 👉🏼 *and I will NOT blot out his name OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE* 👈🏼, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
I thought names couldn't be removed from the book of life? So much for osas. If a name can be blotted out then that means someone already have to be in the book of life to be blotted out.
Revelation 3:8 👉🏼 *I KNOW THY WORKS* 👈🏼: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
      WHAT WORKS???👆🏼
Revelation 3:15 👉🏼 *I KNOW THY WORKS* 👈🏼, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
      WHAT WORKS???👆🏼
Every church he addressed he is questioning or complimenting their works. WHAT WORKS???

LIES YOU TELL. Don't be deceived!!! Stop listening to the whispers of the devil. Those whom you accuse preaches exactly what the Bible says. FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD. That means it is both FAITH AND WORKS. NOT ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER. THEY ARE JOINT, NOT SEPARATE. IT IS OUR WORKS THAT WE WILL BE JUDGED BY. YOUR FAITH CANNOT EXIST WITHOUT THE ACTION OF WORKS. THE BIBLE IS VERY CLEAR. Your FAITH requires Action. Your Action requires FAITH. That is what the Bible teaches. Anything is false interpretation. The devil is leading you astray and spreading them lies. The churches that believe in works also believes in faith together. Can't have one without the other. Please study more scriptures so you can understand correctly. I would post a plethora of scriptures to teach you correctly, but you can search for yourself.
You must read the complete Bible and not a verse here or there to understand the full context of the Bible teachings. You must not take everything literally and you must be armed spiritually to understand God's words. We spend too much time using our carnal mind to understand spiritual things and will only leave us confused with false understanding.
Pray and invite the Holy Spirit to teach you spiritually to understand correctly as the Holy Bible is a spiritual book. You cannot understand it reading it like a man made novel.

I believe in the Lord Jesus and that God raised Him from the dead. The reason why the Gospel is not preached as much is because some people who do evil hate the light that came into the world. They love "darkness rather than light (John 3:19-21), and pressure from them represses the preaching of the Gospel. In these last days, such pressure is increasing. I liked your video and couldn't agree with you more.

    A few important details......
We are all sinners and fall short of the glory of God, so this is why we get cast out of the kingdom, our sins, so God came in human form to help us get back to Him, because He loves us that much, enough to die for us. Love is a big factor in the sacrifice Jesus made on the Cross. And in order for free will to exist, then true love exists, and God is love.
And the main way Jesus does this is by His bloodshed. The blood is what washes us spotless to God's Holy Spirit. But it's by Jesus alone, not by anything we do.

I’ve had pastors laugh about the fact that their members didn’t know the gospel. I’ve seen them, scoff at the idea of preaching the gospel, rebuking sharply in front of the congregation for asking if we could preach the gospel to the youth on youth night. Going so far as to be offended at the mention of preaching the gospel. Stating that they needed to be friends with people first before preaching the gospel to them. Telling me that they’d been in ministry for 10 years and he, the pastor, was called to be friends with the people in his neighborhood before God wanted him to preach to the drug addicts and prostitutes that were literally right outside the church. In some cases literally overdosing and dying on the churches front step. They literally would have to step over dead bodies at times to get in the church building. I asked him how long would he continue his mission to befriend people in the neighborhood before he would preach to them. He didn’t like that. 10 year of handing out clothes while people were spiritually naked and dead. This is a serious problem in the modern church today. I was a fake minister and I didn’t know the gospel and my pastors refused to preach it to me. Everyone was cheering me on as I was walking my way into hell….BUT GOD!!!

Yet they just don't know Jesus. Most sola fide Christians don't even know what the law of Christ is. They certainly can't keep them without knowing what they are. We know Jesus by keeping HIS commandments the law of Christ 1 John 2:3. Keeping the law of Christ is how we know Jesus and baptism, as well as the eucharist, is part of the law of Christ. We know Jesus by keeping HIS commandments 1 John 2:3. Works and faith go hand in hand.

Hi, I think I can help with this. I did this study some time ago. Hope it helps.
There are many gospels in the Bible. You have the “gospel of the Kingdom”, the “gospel of God”, the “gospel of Jesus Christ”, the “gospel of the Circumcision” and the “gospel of the Uncircumcision”.
When we last spoke, you were under the impression that there was one gospel for salvation, which simply, is not true.
So, I would like to put together a bible study for the different gospels. Let start with the “Gospel of the Kingdom”
      GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM
The phase “Gospel of the Kingdom” appears 4 times in scripture: Matt 4:23, 9:35, 24:14 and Mk 1:14. There are 4 points of reference in the Gospel of the Kingdom.
      1. Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God
      2. Water baptism
      3. Endure to the end
      4. A Kingdom of Priest
“Who preached the Gospel of the Kingdom”
Jesus preached the gospel of the kingdom to Israel during his earthly ministry Mt 4:23, Mt 9:35, Mk 1:14, Mt 4:17. John the Baptist preached the gospel of the kingdom to Israel LK 16:16, Mt 3:2. The 12 disciples/apostles preached the gospel of the kingdom to Israel Lk 9: 1-2, 6, Mt 10:7, Acts 2:38.
      (1) Jesus is the Christ
Now as I stated and have demonstrated to you, how, I let scripture interpret scripture and lean not to my own understanding.
The word “Christ” means the Son of God (Mt 26:63). This is one part of the message preached in the gospel of the kingdom to Israel.
Over and over Jesus preached to Israel that He is the Son of God, Jn 20:31, Jn 1:29-34, Jn 6:67-69, Jn 8:23-24, Jn 9: 35-38, Jn 11: 25-27. This is the same thing that Peter preached in Act 2:38 for salvation.
Israel was to change their mind (repent) that Jesus, whom they crucified, was Lord and Christ, the Son of God. Acts 2:22-23, 36, 4:10-12.
      (2) Water baptism required for faith
Water baptism is preached/taught and is required for the remission of sin, as part of the gospel of the kingdom, Mk 1:4, Lk 3:3.
All that believed were baptized, those who rejected and did not believe, did not get baptized Lk 7: 29-30
      .
When those Israelites realized they crucified the Son of God, pricked in their hearts they asked Peter what they should do. Peter told them to repent and be baptized for the remission of their sins (Acts 2:36-38) Water baptism is definitely part of the process to salvation as instructed by Peter.
I need to point this out to you, our apostle Paul tells us Jesus, sent him not to baptize but to preach the gospel, which is the opposite and contradicts what Peter just instructed 1 Cor 1:17.

1 Cor 1:17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
It is obvious the gospel Paul is preaching is not and cannot be the gospel of the Kingdom.
Why, because baptism is required in the gospel of the Kingdom. Jesus clearly sent Paul not to baptize as he sent his disciples Mt 28: 18-19 to baptize.
Paul is preaching a different gospel, the “Gospel of Christ”.
      (3) Endure to the End
Also, preached/taught as part of the gospel of the kingdom, the house of Israel (those who were saved) had to endure to the end or they would lose their salvation.
In other words Israel could not lose faith, not fall away from faith, but endure to the end, Mt 24: 12-13, Mt 10:21-22, Mk 13: 12-13.
So, the “Gospel of the Kingdom” is the preaching that Jesus is the Christ, the Son Of God’ Water baptism is required for repentance and the remission of sin and Israel had to endure to the end.
This my friend is the “Gospel of the Kingdom”
Now, let’s look a little deeper into why Jesus ordered his 12 disciples not to go to the gentiles but to the house of Israel only, which for some reason 98% of religion doesn’t teach (Matt 10:5-8).
      (4) Kingdom of Priest
God made a covenant/promise with the nation Israel that they (Israel) would be a kingdom of Priests and a Holy Nation (Ex 19:5-6, Isa 61:6) a royal priesthood (1 Pet 2:9).
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
The Word of God is so beautiful on how it interpret itself. Follow me on this, as the scriptures show the connection to priesthood, to salvation for the nation Israel, in preparation for a nation of priest.

The first step in the consecration of priesthood for Aaron and his sons is cleansing, by the washing of water, (Ex 29:4, Ez 36:25)
4 And Aaron and his sons thou shalt bring unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shalt wash them with water.
25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
The first step to consecration into priesthood for the nation Israel is the same as for Aaron and his sons, “Cleaning” by the washing of water as preached by John the baptize (Lk 3: 3-4, 7:29, Mk 1:4, Mt 3:1-6).
The second step in the consecration to priesthood for Aaron and his sons, was the anointing with oil (Ex 29: 7)
7 Then shalt thou take the anointing oil, and pour it upon his head, and anoint him.
The second step, just as it was for Aaron and his sons into priesthood for the nation Israel was the anointing of the Holy Ghost (Mt 3:11, Mt 16:16)!
Do you see the connection? Jesus ties it all together Acts 1:5. Peter preaches the Gospel of the Kingdom, instructions for salvation to the Nation Israel Acts 2:38.

Jesus, during His earthly ministry came to perform the promises/covenants made with the nation Israel (Lk 1: 67-77). This is why Jesus ordered his disciples not to go to the gentiles, only to the house of Israel.

      Matt 10: 5-8
5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
      Deeper
Why did Jesus heal and give his disciples the power to heal and more in Mt 10:8? We have already established God promised to make the Nation Israel a Royal Priesthood (1 Pet 2:9) a Kingdom of Priest (Ex 19:6).
God required perfect physical specimens to be in the priesthood and enter His Temple (Lv 21:16-21).
You had to be perfect before God, no blemishes. This is why Jesus give his disciples/apostles power to heal, (Mt 4:23 healing Israel, Mt 9:35 healing, Mt 11:5 healing, Lk 4:18 healing, Lk 7:22, healing Lk 9:1-2,6 healing).
In summary, Jesus came to perform the promises/covenants God made with Israel that they would be a Kingdom of Priest, thus the preaching of the Gospel of the Kingdom to Israel only.
      The Gospel of God
      Rom 1: 1-4
Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,
2 (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)
      3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;
4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
      Gospel of God:
      1. Born of the seed of David.
      2. Proven to be the Son of God by the resurrection of the dead
      Point 1)
Rom 1:2 Jesus the physical seed of David
Isa: 9:6, Child is born, name wonderful, consular, mighty God, Prince of peace. Jesus
Isa: 9:7 sit on the throne of David, had to be the seed of David
Jer: 23:5-6, righteous breach, physical seed of David
      Jer 33:15, breach of righteousness
      Point 2:
Proved to be the Son of God by the resurrection:
Pls 16:10 Holy one God will not let see corruption.
      Turn to Acts 2: 22
Acts 2: 24 loose from death, 27, 31-32 resurrection of Christ,
Peter just preached the gospel of God. Vs 37 they asked what should they do?
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
He preached the gospel of the kingdom.
Acts 16: 25-31 the jailer asked Paul what should he do to be saved. Paul told him to believe on Jesus.
Rom 1:16 The Gospel of Christ!
      Hope this helps

The audience of the first is separated from the audience of the second by the events that happened.
Jesus preached to Old Testament Jews. He preached what could come and was to come. The Jews rejected what could come by rejecting Messiah Jesus.
Since Pentecost, what Jesus preached would come, has come. Jesus’s gospel looked forward. Our message looks backwards, as well as to the present, and in appropriately greater detail.
As you can see “context” includes not only the text, but also the audience and the age in which something is said.

I now have the hope of eternal salvation and joy, peace and love and am saved from eternal damnation if I continue in Christ Jesus😊. Also, the scriptures make it clear that we must overcome the temptations and sin so that our name will not be blotted out of God's book of life Rev. 3:5. We are saved by faith but we show our faith by remaining obedient to God's standards of morality and conduct, and by doing _his_ will, not our own. ☺
Just one small point. Satan no longer goes and stands before God. Revelation 12:7-9, 12 has already come to pass which is why the world is in the state it's in now.

    John 10:27-29
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.” ~ John 10:27-29
Verse 27 is the condition necessary to appropriate the promises of verses 28-29.
Those who believe that a man can never lose his salvation, use this John 10:28-29 text but ignore the prerequisite, the divinely given condition - v27. Watch this:
Firstly, in this passage Jesus identifies those sheep whom He makes the security promise to. He says, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” In this we see one part divine and two parts the responsibility of the individual:
“I know them”-the divine part toward those who are truly in Christ, presently abiding (v. 27)
Those who are His sheep “hear” His “voice” and “follow” Him-the individual’s responsibility (v. 27)
The promise to be kept is a conditional promise which requires that we choose to continue to hear His voice and follow Him (John 10:27-29). Many today wrongly detach our LORD’s words in verse 27 from verses 28-29. In doing so, they perpetrate their “eternal security” mythology.
The problem for the eternal securists is that v27 has been intentionally been ignored…. It’s the actual condition Jesus gives for receiving the assurance promises He then gives in v28-29.
Those who seek to spread the “once saved always saved” heresy use John 10:28-29 to their advantage and conveniently ignore the preceding words of Christ in verse 27. Verses 28-29 are promises of security to those who have been genuinely born again and are currently abiding in Christ - hearing His voice and following Him (John 15:1-6). Many ignore the previous qualifying words (v. 27) of Jesus where Christ tells us that only those who are hearing His voice and following Him are promised that they are secure and will never perish. There is a condition to being secure in Christ-knowing Him-which requires continuing to abide in Him, hear His voice and follow Him (see also John 15).
"eternal security" is a lie from hell.

    • @RealLadyG
      @RealLadyG 11 месяцев назад

Absolutely NOT. A woman have no power and authority to be a pastor. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is very clear. A woman can be a disciple and teach, but not preach and lead any church, albeit they are all false churches created by man. The church Jesus created must have men only as ordained leaders. He never called any woman to lead the church. The church is built upon apostles (12) and a Prophet. It must not have any paid clergy. No salary should be paid to any office. They must be ordained by God with the same power and authority given to the original 12 apostles which is the PRIESTHOOD.

    • @ricksonora6656
      @ricksonora6656 11 месяцев назад

No. A church should not be led by a woman. Paul explicitly spelled out limits on a woman’s role and the qualifications of elders.
I would make one exception. I base it on times of apostasy in the Old Testament when no faithful man would step up.
In an area that has no good churches, a woman can lead an effort to establish a church. That includes leading a church until a qualified male pastor can be recruited to take her place.

Even without the apostle Paul telling us that women should not leave churches if people are really studying scripture especially men we can see that it's out of order and not natural for a woman to lead church things being confused and out of order is part of Satan's deception. A woman can be well versed and know the Bible even carry-on discussions and questions that's all fine but when a woman leads the church in a man sits under a female pastor there's something wrong it's unnatural Satan is there. Period. Have a blessed day be safe.

Most western people have heard the gospel. Few have responded to it God's way. You need to repent (turn from your sin), believe Jesus is the son of God (God manifest in the flesh), be baptized in Jesus name (for the remission of your sins), receive the holy spirit (laying on of hands). Acts 2:38 is explicit. Heb 6:1-2 is very clear too. If you reject this you're not a Christian.

The Bible does not teach that you can’t lose your salvation, nor does it teach that faith alone apart from works gives final salvation. I'm am so frustrated at a church I began going to since moving to south Florida. They keep saying God's only name is Jesus. My study through out the Tanak says God's name is Yawah over 6,000 times, Jesus' through translation from Greek, true name is Yeshua (Joshua) who is God's word wrapped in flesh, who died for our sins, and who sits at the right hand of the Father, and then there is the Holy Spirit of Father God who is our comforter. Also, they keep saying that you must be baptized for Salvation, this appears contrary to what's cited in your podcast and my understanding. I believe in Baptism but for other reasons, it's purpose is for the cutting away of the old nature which is different then salvation. I spoke with an associate pastor who sadly told me his father accepted God's salvation but died before baptism, therefore he's in Hell. I tried to reassure him that his father is in Heaven as the Bible teaches. This lack of elementary understanding by men of God drives me nuts!

Stop being swayed by every wind of doctrine. We speak english, not greek or any other language. The only name under which we can be saved is JESUS CHRIST.
No one that have already died is in heaven or hell. We are all sent to the Spirit World that have 2 parts. Spirit Prison is where the unbelieving or unbaptized dwells after death. The Baptized Believers are in Paradise. All will rise and be resurrected and judged. It is then we will inherit hell or heaven. The Bible teaches us that in Heaven there are 3 Kingdoms. The highest kingdom is where God dwells.

You are correct. That church is heretical. It preaches a false gospel of salvation through works. Its emphasis (and Glenna’s) on baptism is a throwback to Catholic sacramentalism.
As for the names: Christianity is not a religion of sorcery that has magical words and pronunciations. If you say Jesus in English, God will know whom you’re speaking about.
As for “Yahweh,” the word is YHWH, all consonants (they hadn’t invented vowel letters, yet). When Jews returned to Judea, they went overboard. They declared God’s name to be too sacred to pronounce. After a couple of centuries, they forgot how to pronounce it!
So, when they invented vowel letters, they used the vowels from Adonai. Transliterate from Hebrew to Greek to Latin to English, and you get Jehovah.
The lesson is, don’t let anyone mislead you with distractions about invented pronunciations. God understands every language and focuses on hearts.

    • @miked7350
      @miked7350 11 месяцев назад

Rick, you are absolutely correct. God knows our heart, our limitations and our frailties. It's impossible for us to understand an eternal God, who is timeless, limitless and completely Holy with love and all power in His wings. I love how God describes himself in human terms from time to time as a jealous lover, as a Husband coming for His bride, and as a all powerful God who desires our love and our faith.
I wasn't trying to give a Hebrew lesson, but God has already and repeatedly revealed his name to us and the terms of Salvation it's a gift, don't make it complicated!

    • @ricksonora6656
      @ricksonora6656 11 месяцев назад

The scapegoats represent two facets of the atonement. The first is God’s wrath against sin, in the goat that is sacrificed. Jesus became our sin as He bore God’s wrath.
The other facet is that the second goat was released in the wilderness, never to be seen again (at least, in theory; that’s what “wilderness” is about). Likewise, the sins that God laid upon Jesus are forgotten, judicially: separated from God’s consideration “as far as the east is from the west.”
This has an interesting application. If, hypothetically, someone “loses” salvation, what happens to their sins that God has declared forgiven? Does He break His promise and remember what He forever forgot? Does He filter them out of Christ’s blood and reapply them? Or, does the apostate have a clean slate so that he only pays for his future, but not past, sins? It pushes a considerable challenge for the enemies of OSAS.
