In this video we will be talking about, Skids and Mudflaps missing third brother who never made his jump from concept to screen. He was planned to appear in Transformers Revenge of The Fallen but was dropped for an unknown reason, however, he was possibly going to appear in Transformers Dark of The Moon but this hasn't been confirmed.
