I actually have a thought on when Megatron didn't fire his shotgun. If you look, there is a small spark at the barrel of the gun, which makes me come to the conclusion that it wasn't loaded, after he used it on Sentinel Prime. If he just reloaded it, then he could've easily shot Optimus. Oh, the brain damage.
Plus the gun fired when Optimus used it on sentinel,so it probably was loaded, but it just misfired or malfunctioned because,ITS A FLIPPING ALIEN GUN FROM ROBOTIC BEINGS AND ROBOTS MALFUNCTION SOMETIMES SO THERE WEAPONS SHOULD TO!! .

Well, look at what Bonecrusher sacrificed himself to do: he took Prime off the field, even if/though he failed to kill Prime and died himself, he separated their leader and their best player from the rest of their team. Bonecrusher and Brawl vs Jazz, Ironhide, and Ratchet AND Optimus is a fight that BOTH OF THEM would not have survived! As we've seen, Brawl has trouble taking on multiple opponents, and even though he is ungodly devastating in a gunfight, he's weaker in melee against opponents he can't physically overpower, now out of all the Autobots, which one of them is not only the largest, but has the most killing power in a melee due to his swords? That's right! Prime! And Autobots are all about teamwork to bring down opponents with superior means, so even if Bonecrusher was there, the Autobots would synergize and be able to kill both of them with ease! And with Optimus there, Jazz would've survived, there was no way Optimus would've allwoed Megatron to kill him.

It definitely speaks volumes about the incompetence of decepticon leadership in the movies that an autobot and a bounty hunter did more damage to the autobots than all of the decepticons on the films. Outside comics and the rest of the war may be a different story but it isn't an impressive villain resume. 😆

Wow, i truly liked Trans Theories's participation here in this video. Anyways, actually the reason why the ending was changed to the way it is in the film wasn't because Mr. Bay thought it would be 'cool'. Instead, the reason for this change was because Paramount didn't want the ending from the movie to be identical to the ending of the novelization and the comic adaptation. Just correcting a wrong information here. Nice video as always.

However when Hasbro renewed the contract for AOE and TLK like they did for RotF and DotM after 2007 was such a success, he changed it more so because it didn't leave any sequels open, at least in the same continuity. That's why the ending feels so rushed - they were building up precisely for Prime to accept the truce, but had to change it last minute.
Megatron was mocking him and only saved him for himself and only wanted control. He even says that himself! In the comic the context is different, he is on his knees, and in the movie he's suprised at Optimus' attack.
Yep that was basically my interpretation in transformers one. The decepticon strategy was to have bone crusher brawl and barricade on the ground. Jazz wouldn’t have been able to attack brawl since barricade could transform more quickly then those two and hit jazz and while I think jazz is stronger bone crusher could have attacked him too. I like the final battle in the movie but blackout had no excuse he kept flying in and out randomly like an idiot. Starscream I guess was supposed to stick close to Megatron and cover the air. And Megatron... erm I guess he was confused since he had just woken up and was a bit dumb idk he didn’t do much leading XD but yea with barricades cgi model being deleted and bone crusher being killed I guess the decepticons were confused? I think the main cause for the Decepticons loosing was Bonecrusher rushing in, Blackout going in and out of battle and also Barricade & Scorponok not participating

The thing about Dylan is that he could actually be a prime master/pretender. Every prime had a small master thing with part of their spark, so this means that Dylan was kept alive in DOTM because he wasn't actually a human. These concepts have been put into the bayverse before such as combiners, pretenders, primes, knights of cybertron and headmasters.
I think the prime master concept didn't exist until the power of the primes toyline (especially with the pretender shell) but it would be a fun retcon. Also, potp was a really interesting toyline so it would be cool if they used the prime master idea in the films
I've always had this theory that the Allspark fragment (whether Sam's or the Autobot's) could've been used to re-create the Allspark If they had proper Cybertronian technology.
The thing is if Megatron were to go on a rampage as you and TransTheories suggested, there would be no definitive line between Autobots and Decepticons, and there would be no Nemesis Prime. For continuity it would be more easy if Megatron were to just change vehicle mode to that of a submarine, launch nuclear warheads, and eliminate all possible chances of the Autobots catching on. There are no Water Transformers, unless he had the help of Sharkticons........
There actually is an episode of G1 where the Decepticons disguise themselves as Aitobots and go on a joy ride, destroying stuff and speaking like the Autobots. It leads to a trial where the Autobots get exiled into space. So yeah its definitely possible. I cant remember the actual espisode number but thank you for reminding me of it😂

Soundwave bringing down humanity by buying out all the toilet paper has got to be my favourite of all the mentioned strategies!) With Megatron and the gang blowing off steam by causing havoc on the streets disguised as the Autobots being the close second.
Quintessa couldn't completely block out the Sun because Cybertron was so much smaller than Earth. Cybertron could make a big shadow on Earth (just like the Moon) but not big enough.
They just need to get close enough to the planet to block most of the sunlight even if its not as big as the Earth it still can be done and this would definitely screw over with the planet, after that its just a waiting game.
I love how the 2007 Megatron part was really short because he did nothing wrong. The decepticons separated because if they stuck together, Sam could take the cube and hide it in the city without any of the cons noticing. Starscream was dealing with the airforce. The military was fighting brawl, Megatron took some time to enter the fight, Barricade did what he does best in every odd Transformers film and Blackout was actually fighting the Autobots. The cons were pretty occupied
Blackout entered the battle and left every time, Megatron and starscream had no excuse for being late and same applies to Barricade and Scorponok who weren't present at all

Literally the one of the biggest crossover videos ever. Another possible win for the 07 movie could've been: Have Soundwave create a deadzone in Mission city so Sam's military escort couldn't call air support. Thus Blackout not dying so early. In addition, if Scorponok retreated and linked back with Blackout, he would've kept the humans busy during the final fight and or help Megatron against Optimus by digging/striking through the buildings keeping Optimus off balance and constantly keep him on the defensive.
I will stand by the notion that if sentinel scheduled an attack at that mountain him and Optimus talked at in dotm, megatron would’ve had an easy win. It was just sentinel and Optimus chilling chatting about earth, no other autobots in site. Megatron could’ve easily have had shockwave and his driller bot surprise attack Optimus from below and then just finish the job after. Have sentinel come back and pretend to be the sole survivor, he takes control of the autobots, they give the pillars to megatron, happy ending for the decepticons.
I think the reason Megatron charged in and attacked Sentinel the way he did had to do with Carly getting into his head about being Sentinel's bitch and basically made him blind with anger, because he wanted to be one victorious in the end

Megatron could have won if he prioritized one of the non-Allspark maguffins. He could go for Sentinal and the Pillars, giving him a space bridge and backup that could easily get him out of the ice when he crashes, and Sentinal could be used as a Trojan horse to infiltrate the Autobots. Or if he brings other Cons with him to get the Allspark, especially Soundwave would be useful (hey, another Soundwave one). Or he could go for the Star Harvester. Find a Seeker, revive the Seeker with something (they are only in stasis if I remember correctly), learn the riddle, figure out the riddle, Matrix. And before you say it would disentigrate, The Fallen can use it just fine, so he just needs to retrieve it. So yeah, Megatron, pick a different Maguffin and you win
All megatron had to do when he woke up from cryo is fly to the nemesis where the fallen is hiding out and either bring him as backup (dunno why the fallen didn't wanna help megatron secure the allspark) or the two of them could go after the matrix. It might mean playing the long game but why look specifically for the allspark when you have a perfectly good energon source that would also eliminate all humans Also I gotta know, how come the fallen didn't know where the matrix was. Sure his brothers hid it from him but he can't sense it? Yet he can sense when optimus (not an original prime) was dead? And how come he said "the last prime is dead" even though sentinel was still alive (his levels were faint)? And how did jetfire have the clue that led the humans to the matrix? Did he come up with it or did some humans come up with it hence why the jetfire didn't know what three kings meant but Sam did?
About that nuke thing, it's smarter to frame a country for launching it, like say soundwave launches nukes from russia to america, then he use america's nukes againts russia, this'll start ww3 making other countries help out their side, or they could just nuke the nest base which will kill the autobots and other miliatary base

In the last knight, the only reason why Optimus didn’t kill the chick was because, Optimus prime was sent to GET the staff, possibly NOT to kill anyone. Even though that’s what he’s kinda supposed to do.
From what I read on the TF wiki, the G1 IDW Decepticons had an infiltration protocol that had a total of six phases which the goal to destabilize a planet and, once phase six(or siege mode in phase 5) launch an invasion of the destabilized planet by a big-ass invasion force(if there are enough Autobots and human allies on the planet) or in the case of phase six, use the phase sixers, warriors that basically One-Robot armies, an example is SixShot. Let’s say if SixShot, or even the other powerhouses like Overlord and Black Shadow, do exist in the former bayformers universe, why couldn’t Megatron use them, they could have annihilated any resistance they came across and slaughtered any Autobots that tried to stop them.
IDk much about the IDW comics but I heard of this strategy, I think its very interesting and could possibly work. But in this video we are only looking at the movie content

I FINALLY KNOW why Megatron didn't disguise himself as Optimus to frame him and that is because Michael Bay didn't watch the Alined continuity(GASP) or the G1 series, so he didn't have the idea of Optimus Prime being framed
I’m actually going through all the transformers movies and I just made it through Age of Extinction again and I still can’t wrap my mind around the fact that Galvatron was hyped up through the movie (well every movie really) and he BARELY fights in Age of Extinction and to the point of (if I’m not mistaken) not even throwing a single punch in the final fight scene in china.
You have great ideas. But the problem is that it relies so heavily on luck. However the Soundwave one is ingenious. The first one could work but it's explainable due to decepticon pride. Each one came in for glory hunting and got cut down. The 2nd one. It stands to reason that the decepticons didn't know about the action gun until it killed devastator. Then that missipn in the game happened to take it out before it takes out the harvester. The third one would go as shown because Megatron dosen't realize how bloodthirsty optimus prime became instead of hiw we see him in tfp. The 4th is just perfect. Why did galvotron wait. Just engage and kill both autobots. He went toe to toe with optimus prime so autobots would be a piece of cake.
I have a theory, what if some little part of megatron or galvatron was still controlling himself and stopping himself from killing optimus because he is his brother

I think the prime master concept didn't exist until the power of the primes toyline (especially with the pretender shell) but it would be a fun retcon. Also, potp was a really interesting toyline so it would be cool if they used the prime master idea in the films

I've always had this theory that the Allspark fragment (whether Sam's or the Autobot's) could've been used to re-create the Allspark If they had proper Cybertronian technology.
The thing is if Megatron were to go on a rampage as you and TransTheories suggested, there would be no definitive line between Autobots and Decepticons, and there would be no Nemesis Prime. For continuity it would be more easy if Megatron were to just change vehicle mode to that of a submarine, launch nuclear warheads, and eliminate all possible chances of the Autobots catching on. There are no Water Transformers, unless he had the help of Sharkticons........
There actually is an episode of G1 where the Decepticons disguise themselves as Aitobots and go on a joy ride, destroying stuff and speaking like the Autobots. It leads to a trial where the Autobots get exiled into space. So yeah its definitely possible. I cant remember the actual espisode number but thank you for reminding me of it😂

Quintessa couldn't completely block out the Sun because Cybertron was so much smaller than Earth. Cybertron could make a big shadow on Earth (just like the Moon) but not big enough.
They just need to get close enough to the planet to block most of the sunlight even if its not as big as the Earth it still can be done and this would definitely screw over with the planet, after that its just a waiting game.

I love how the 2007 Megatron part was really short because he did nothing wrong. The decepticons separated because if they stuck together, Sam could take the cube and hide it in the city without any of the cons noticing. Starscream was dealing with the airforce. The military was fighting brawl, Megatron took some time to enter the fight, Barricade did what he does best in every odd Transformers film and Blackout was actually fighting the Autobots. The cons were pretty occupied
Blackout entered the battle and left every time, Megatron and starscream had no excuse for being late and same applies to Barricade and Scorponok who weren't present at all

Literally the one of the biggest crossover videos ever. Another possible win for the 07 movie could've been: Have Soundwave create a deadzone in Mission city so Sam's military escort couldn't call air support. Thus Blackout not dying so early. In addition, if Scorponok retreated and linked back with Blackout, he would've kept the humans busy during the final fight and or help Megatron against Optimus by digging/striking through the buildings keeping Optimus off balance and constantly keep him on the defensive.

I will stand by the notion that if sentinel scheduled an attack at that mountain him and Optimus talked at in dotm, megatron would’ve had an easy win. It was just sentinel and Optimus chilling chatting about earth, no other autobots in site. Megatron could’ve easily have had shockwave and his driller bot surprise attack Optimus from below and then just finish the job after. Have sentinel come back and pretend to be the sole survivor, he takes control of the autobots, they give the pillars to megatron, happy ending for the decepticons.

I think the reason Megatron charged in and attacked Sentinel the way he did had to do with Carly getting into his head about being Sentinel's bitch and basically made him blind with anger, because he wanted to be one victorious in the end

Megatron could have won if he prioritized one of the non-Allspark maguffins. He could go for Sentinal and the Pillars, giving him a space bridge and backup that could easily get him out of the ice when he crashes, and Sentinal could be used as a Trojan horse to infiltrate the Autobots. Or if he brings other Cons with him to get the Allspark, especially Soundwave would be useful (hey, another Soundwave one). Or he could go for the Star Harvester. Find a Seeker, revive the Seeker with something (they are only in stasis if I remember correctly), learn the riddle, figure out the riddle, Matrix. And before you say it would disentigrate, The Fallen can use it just fine, so he just needs to retrieve it. So yeah, Megatron, pick a different Maguffin and you win

All megatron had to do when he woke up from cryo is fly to the nemesis where the fallen is hiding out and either bring him as backup (dunno why the fallen didn't wanna help megatron secure the allspark) or the two of them could go after the matrix. It might mean playing the long game but why look specifically for the allspark when you have a perfectly good energon source that would also eliminate all humans
Also I gotta know, how come the fallen didn't know where the matrix was. Sure his brothers hid it from him but he can't sense it? Yet he can sense when optimus (not an original prime) was dead? And how come he said "the last prime is dead" even though sentinel was still alive (his levels were faint)? And how did jetfire have the clue that led the humans to the matrix? Did he come up with it or did some humans come up with it hence why the jetfire didn't know what three kings meant but Sam did?

From what I read on the TF wiki, the G1 IDW Decepticons had an infiltration protocol that had a total of six phases which the goal to destabilize a planet and, once phase six(or siege mode in phase 5) launch an invasion of the destabilized planet by a big-ass invasion force(if there are enough Autobots and human allies on the planet) or in the case of phase six, use the phase sixers, warriors that basically One-Robot armies, an example is SixShot. Let’s say if SixShot, or even the other powerhouses like Overlord and Black Shadow, do exist in the former bayformers universe, why couldn’t Megatron use them, they could have annihilated any resistance they came across and slaughtered any Autobots that tried to stop them.

You have great ideas. But the problem is that it relies so heavily on luck. However the Soundwave one is ingenious. The first one could work but it's explainable due to decepticon pride. Each one came in for glory hunting and got cut down. The 2nd one. It stands to reason that the decepticons didn't know about the action gun until it killed devastator. Then that missipn in the game happened to take it out before it takes out the harvester. The third one would go as shown because Megatron dosen't realize how bloodthirsty optimus prime became instead of hiw we see him in tfp. The 4th is just perfect. Why did galvotron wait. Just engage and kill both autobots. He went toe to toe with optimus prime so autobots would be a piece of cake.
