Can you advise booking uber or normal taxi is cheaper?
@@user-nl3ky8ck7e If you are not familiar with your destination or you are new in HK, an Uber ride is better. It is worry free that even if the driver makes a wrong turn or takes a longer route your fare will not be affected. But if you know where you are going or someone can speak Cantonese to the driver, taxi is good too and a bit cheaper.
If there are 3 of us to split the taxi ride from Airport to Tsim Sha Tsui, would we save more if we just ride a bus and pay tickets individually?
It’s cheaper to ride the bus. But it’s a pale comparison to the convenience of a taxi ride.
how can I be an uber driver in hong kong, what are the requirements can I be able to rent a car .
First off, you have to have the right Visa to work in HK; hence drive an Uber. Secondly, you must get an HK driver's license which as I understand has stringent requirements. Renting a car in HK is not common since public transportation is quite efficient.
Do HK Taxis only accept cash or credit card as well?
Some drivers accept payment by Octopus but cash is the norm. There is also uber taxi which accepts credit card payment.
Is taxi cheaper than uber?

@@ChinitoPo Taxi fares are a bit cheaper. But an Uber ride is more convenient and less stressful. While many HK people can speak English, you might randomly get in with someone who has limited vocabulary and end up lost or lost in translation, resulting in higher fare.
