Honestly, Bufoni had the best run hands down. She worked the entire park with ease, the transitions, flip trick, grind, gap...very little mistakes.
People dont like Letícia and try to say she doesnt deserve it, but her run its incomparable to the other ones, super cool to watch
Wilson got roobed though, that bigspin fs board is by far the hardest trick I've seen any female do in competition.
The kickflip front 50-50 is harder by Sablone

Every Alexis Sablone line: Kickflip, kickflip, kickflip. The kickflip fifty was perfect though and I’ve seen her skate and she’s really good. Wish she would do some different tricks. Wilson’s biggie front board was so good she should have won for that.

No knock to the women skaters but man what a difference between the men and women’s runs/tricks. The guys is just way more exciting and entertaining.

honestly now I quite enjoy it, this is the first time I've seen anything other than boardslides in womens runs, and I like it! don't agree with them getting as high of a check thou, that seems kinda unfair

I imagine because of the olympics the standards for women's skateboarding is only going to go higher and higher from now on.
I think that is true but it’s ok because there are other sports that the women are way more entertaining to watch like gymnastics and figure skating. Women’s tennis is comparable to men. Golf is boring no matter who is playing. Girls don’t play football at all so there’s no comparison there and soccer drives me crazy whether men’s or women’s league because it takes ten years to see a goal . Women’s roller derby is pretty awesome.

Haley Wilson has the best overall run. Leticia does Feeble, front 180s, tre flips, lip slides and Ollie’s. It’s basic as it gets and repetitive. Learn new tricks already

Ya I was waiting for a big 180 over the dragon but that happened over the gap so only the big Ollie was done.
@@mikethrice its always either a big ollie or big fs180 over a gap. She does have more pop than other women skaters in terms of clearing bigger gaps.However, her trick selection is so limited what about kickflipping a gap, or flipping into a grind trick. It is all too safe

I used to love supporting bufoni, but after she was a poorsport losing to aori, i cringe when she wins :( ... i cant bring myself to root for a poor sport in any profession. Win with class lose with class.
Aori basically copies everyones tricks. No originality. She does the same trick to get the same score and steals scores.
Bufoni can have my babies and Sablone can be my body guard lol

Better then street league? Which street league? They're all different? Not to mention on this x games course in particular i counted multiple times people actually had to jump out of bounds because they ran out of room. Did you even watch the event?
That judging was totally back to front. Third should have been first first was third. At least womens skateboarding is improving massively in the last 12 moths.

Lol @ all these ppl hatin on leticia. She WON the gold fair & square. This is an overall run folks, best trick is a part of it, but only A part. That’s why its a RUN and not 1 trick... and Wilson’s big finish(best trick) wasn’t even pristine.

Bufoni gets a lot of flack for being "the Nyjah of women's skating" in that her scores always seem padded, and I agree.
But in this case, I think it's pretty clear that her run was best between the three we saw; more speed, more variety, better flow, and she used almost the whole park.
She should probably lose some points for that tongue bullshit at the end though...
