I find snap oversteer caused by oversteer correction to be best modulated with the throttle pedal as well as the wheel.
These videos are helpful.
im surprised they didnt mention smoothly getting back on the throttle when correcting a slide, that's a huge help to prevent you from just sliding in the other direction
Is this someting only in iRacing or it happens in real life?
There is a skid pad we can use?
There is. Centripetal Circuit. Free. We use it often for our motion system tuning. ;-)

I don't like how you mention vision while the racing line is active which will distract a lot of players from where they should look.
Pop filter and a High Pass Filter on your speak will do wonders....
I wish i didnt have to download 3rd party software to get FFB to work
