this video convinced me of 2 things:
    1) I'm going to buy this tomorrow and throw my volca sample to the wind
    2) never leave autofocus on when recording a synth demo
jokes aside.... great demo. thank you!!

Wow, those are some killer beats and synth sounds. Taking one synth and pushing it's limits is my favorite kind of video to watch.
Looks like the Drum could potentially be the most powerful of the Volca series.

IMHO it is the most powerful Volca ever, it's not just a drum machine but a percussion synth instead, kinda like a little DSI Tempest

    • @georginikolov1141
      @georginikolov1141 5 лет назад +2

Quite complex textures indeed plus the sequencer its quite capable

@@georginikolov1141 take an elektron sequencer to sequence the volca drum and it becomes even more powerful. digitakt+volca drum is a wonderful combo

Epicness. Mine’ll be here Monday. Volcas are audio crack.

wayy better-sounding than any of the other volca drum videos coming up on page 1 search results. Korg should use this for official demos (pay u to license excerpts)

GRRRRROOOOOOVVVYYY ! Love this! I've got one of these crazy groove machines too and every time I play it, new, bizarre sounds fly out of it that I've never heard before. Just as the incredible sounds you're making - You found the Elephants talking/yelling! Supersonic. . .the ending is perfect. It sounds like the end of a record when the needle has nowhere
left to go so it seems to be skipping. 🔥🎹💥🐾💡🐒🌟✔

One of the best jams on RUclips for this. The random voice and sequence function and incredibly cool and useful. I’ve been going apeshit with it!

never played with ANY of this series... but am truly impressed with the variability you get out out of THIS machine. Sounds like cool fun. Cheers. 🐜

Great demonstration of what can be done with this machine.
I followed, step for step, the first minute and half, by pausing and replaying. With my new Volca Drum.
Was fairly easy to see, and understand what you were doing.
Although, it would be a lot more work,
Would love to see the same thing, slowed down, with step by step verbal/text description of what you are doing and why.
I'll watch some instructional videos, and come back to this, for inspiration.
Thanks for making, and sharing this.
Best wishes for your continued success.
