this video convinced me of 2 things: 1) I'm going to buy this tomorrow and throw my volca sample to the wind 2) never leave autofocus on when recording a synth demo jokes aside.... great demo. thank you!!
Wow, those are some killer beats and synth sounds. Taking one synth and pushing it's limits is my favorite kind of video to watch. Looks like the Drum could potentially be the most powerful of the Volca series.
wayy better-sounding than any of the other volca drum videos coming up on page 1 search results. Korg should use this for official demos (pay u to license excerpts)
GRRRRROOOOOOVVVYYY ! Love this! I've got one of these crazy groove machines too and every time I play it, new, bizarre sounds fly out of it that I've never heard before. Just as the incredible sounds you're making - You found the Elephants talking/yelling! Supersonic. . .the ending is perfect. It sounds like the end of a record when the needle has nowhere left to go so it seems to be skipping. 🔥🎹💥🐾💡🐒🌟✔
Great demonstration of what can be done with this machine. I followed, step for step, the first minute and half, by pausing and replaying. With my new Volca Drum. Was fairly easy to see, and understand what you were doing. Although, it would be a lot more work, Would love to see the same thing, slowed down, with step by step verbal/text description of what you are doing and why. I'll watch some instructional videos, and come back to this, for inspiration. Thanks for making, and sharing this. Best wishes for your continued success.
An improvisational masterpiece. I regularly listen to this and every time think it would be great to turn into a space synth piece. Would you allow that?
This, neutron and ketamine I.will loose my job soon I can tell.Awesome performance here.

Thank you Gnarly Soundscapes.
IMHO it is the most powerful Volca ever, it's not just a drum machine but a percussion synth instead, kinda like a little DSI Tempest
Quite complex textures indeed plus the sequencer its quite capable
@@georginikolov1141 take an elektron sequencer to sequence the volca drum and it becomes even more powerful. digitakt+volca drum is a wonderful combo
Epicness. Mine’ll be here Monday. Volcas are audio crack.

Sounds like a Pulsar 23!!...fir a fraction of the price!

One of the best jams on RUclips for this. The random voice and sequence function and incredibly cool and useful. I’ve been going apeshit with it!
never played with ANY of this series... but am truly impressed with the variability you get out out of THIS machine. Sounds like cool fun. Cheers. 🐜

i think its amazing how much the drum does by itself. what a class jam. youre getting everything there is to be got out of that machine
This is why i like this unit! Great wtf drums and glitches , thanks for sharing.
Thank you Cookie Monster.
This looks so fun and sounds great
Very interesting jam! 🔥 This Volca was able to sound quite a bit like a Monotribe in a few places in this video. 😍 Very cool! 😍
Crazy little machine ❤
Absolutely insane

Hell yes.
@3:15 is so dankkkkkkkkkkkk
this music is giving me PilotRedSun vibes
I'm assuming he means a line-in to the Zoom?
The ending sounds like Aphex Twin.
Can this thing only do Psytrance bassdrums?
Great jahhhhhhrb
Do you think this Volca could be used in professional recordings ?
All Korg Volca are professional music equipment and therefore can certainly be used for professional recordings.

What the DFAM should have been, but analog obviously
I'll edit this down to 3 minutes and sell it on ITunes for a dollar. Is that okay? If not, someone should. Awesome...
