thanks dude if it wasnt for this video i wouldnt have been able to do it. u explained everything very well the only problem i had was trying to get the first 2 bolts from the top. i ended up getting them from the bottom but apart from that every thing went amazing.
Driver side is cake!!!! Passenger side, TAKE OUT THE ALTERNATOR!!! With alternator out the bottom 16mm is nothing, the top 13mm/alternator bracket is nothing, and the 15mm is nothing. Ok, follow the video instructions from there. Pull out the passenger old mount from the back, BUT THE NEW CAN COME IN FROM THE TOP!! Trust me, pulling out the alternator makes this job soooooooo doable…
What part numbers did you use? I’m using aftermarket and I read a note about loosening the top nut to align the block. My sway bar is rubbing against the right side tire and I can’t figure this out
It looks way worse than it actually is. A couple of things , the bolts are very tight , make sure the wrench is straight and avoid any rounding. Best of luck on yours , thanks for the feedback.
I am glad you asked this question. What you may notice is excess engine movement , vibrations , you may hear noises when driving on rough roads. The transmission mount is another mount to consider . I will most likely have a follow up video on the transmission mount . Thanks for the feedback.
Great video thank you, 2012 SRT Charger 6.4 i am going to tackle soon. Thank you.
I appreciate the feedback, hope all goes smoothly.
