    Loving Taylor's approach to time trialling. It's great to see a rider step outside the cliches and give some genuine and considered answers.

      Agree. Unfortunately, GCN is a tech-pushing endeavor, and Si didn't look like he knew what to do with the truth. I love ya, GCN, but after years of watching you - you guys have never pushed the "cycle for life and enjoy it" approach over the tech approach that I've seen in any video.

    My favourite GCN interview yet. Inspirational! I’m a 57 year old idiot (with an aerospace background) who’s done TTs from 10 miles to 12 hours and the BBAR series on my BMC TM02, and I’ve spent the last month researching power meters. Now I’m wondering what to do with the £1000 that Taylor has just saved me. Loved it. Hire him for GCN. OOhhmmmmmmmm!

    • @desertpoj
      @desertpoj 4 года назад

      I bought a Zipp Sub-9 Disc wheel with the money and just won the trophy for our end of season 2 lap 22 mile handicap event. It’s was windy and it’s a hilly course and afterwards people were saying how they rode their best power. I knocked 20 seconds a lap of my PB by just feeling the speed. Maybe it was the new Zipp wheel, but either way I reckon this GCN video just won me a cup. Thanks!
