Garlic Naan:
2 c All purpose flour (3 tbsp flour for dusting)
1.5 to 2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Yeast
1/4 c Lukewarm water
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1-2 tsp Salt
1/4 c Yogurt
For the Glaze:
2-3 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Chopped cilantro
4 Grated garlic cloves
