Very good video! My biggest problem with most EAS horror videos is that they use language and visuals that a government would never use in an official capacity. This doesn’t have that problem, it feels very grounded, and it’s refreshing to see.
I think my favorite part is just how ambiguous the threat is. Like it's very much not clear what exactly is causing the deaths and disappearances, only that it is 'likely that animal attacks are the cause', and that most bodies were found near woods and forests. It really adds to the tension and uneasy feeling and I love it.
That's exactly what I was going for! When it comes to vaguely supernatural stuff (although even that is up to the viewer's interpretation in this scenario) I think that the threat being ambiguous is almost always scarier than when it is immediately revealed. Thanks so much!
I have epilepsy and although my seizures aren't triggered by flashing lights I appreciate the warning at the beginning of your video. Thank you for that. A lot of videos with flashing lights don't have the warning. Also, I wanted to say great job on this video. I can't imagine much effort must go into something like this. Great work! Also, this video creeped me out (which is a compliment!) Very good job!
Ive been making EAS and Analog Horror stuff since 2018 (this is a private channel I use to comment), a lot of the stuff in the past few years seems to have lost the magic it had. The feeling it always gave me back then is a mix of comfort, nostalgia, and fear. This video started off as the first two, but when I saw the warning about leaving food out, I started to feel the fear, like why can't I leave food out? Personally the more bizarre the warnings the more worried I get The strangest thing is this part 9:32...why would they need to know that? How many of those messages before were from whats attacking people? How much of it leads to people doing what they want Then they say don't trust ususual messages, when in a way all of the messages are unusual Very good stuff, very underrated!
Thank you so much! I kinda agree, a lot of EAS stuff made now doesn't quite hit like it used to. Not that great stuff isn't being made of course, but not having people like Diamondlegendz, Electricfanatic and a few others being around much anymore definitely is a bummer. Not saying I'm any better lol, I almost never post. I wanted to create something that gave me the feeling that their videos gave me, and I'm glad it feels that way to others!
@@PizzaFaceGuy Yeah exactly! Analog horror nowadays isn't all bad but I feel like a lot of people miss the mark, like the guy who made a Spongebob Analog Horror video where Stephen Hillenburg killed his wife :/ Yeah I think you did good! You told a story that made me feel all those things without having an overly direct story like a lot of EAS stuff did in like 2018 and even now sometimes
I really love how the final "disregard previous instructions" message wasn't glitchy or unusual which happens in all other EAS scenarios and gives it away that the broadcast is hijacked by... them - it's really refreshing to see this didn't happen here, for the first time I'm not sure which message to trust and that makes it really scary.
That was the intention and I'm glad it came across! I've found that a lot of the time, making the contradicting message glitchy and obviously supernatural takes away a lot of the suspense IMO. When it's clear that there are competing messages at play, but it's not obvious who's correct, I think it makes it more interesting.
I absolutely love the ebb of dread this video gives. Starting with the calm and almost tranquil music on Channel 11 to the static buzz delivering a concerning development on Channel 14. The best aspect of which being how the warned area expands rapidly, implying this event is far more sinister and dangerous than what was described as animal attacks. Very well done!
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. I definitely wanted to put something out that would build an eerie atmosphere, because I feel that's the scariest part of horror, and too many EAS scenarios don't focus very much on building tension. Glad you enjoyed it!
Who is one smart guy who decided to watch it before going through a dense forest to home? Yes, thats right, me! I live in the forest and watching this video was one of my worst mistakes
Thanks so much! It's funny you say that, because that video and a few others were a big inspiration to me in making this! I'm glad it lived up to that standard, at least in somebody's eyes.
@PizzaFaceGuy I find very few EAS videos where I actually get kinda spooked from them, this was one of them What got me was the way you used the old TV broadcast like thing with the night sky background and the lullaby and the font on the screen (which is a lil bit weird that THAT was what got me but) and then tuning to channel 14 and the fact that the warned area just kept rapidly spreading and the death toll kept rising while that background hum Omfg it was just unsettling In any future EAS videos you make, I beg of you to keep that kind of unnerving nature in them, it’s just what makes EAS videos good + I subbed once I finished your video so if you make more I’ll check them out :)
holy shit we need more of these kinds of scenarios. im tired of the same Mandela catalog ripoff types that seem to dominate these types of eas scenarios in particular. there is something unearving about the blinking county map and it expanding over the course of less than 5 minutes.
Dude this is actually really freaking good. I love that theres no cheap jump scares, and the lack of info keeps you wondering. Do you have a discord servers for your fans?
Thank you so much! I don't have a Discord server as I'd prefer to not have to manage it (I have other servers I manage), but it is an interesting idea and something I have considered repeatedly. Perhaps at some point, especially if I can start producing content more consistently!
@@PizzaFaceGuy I love to see that! Also if you can, You should make a point of view from the person seeing the broadcast and attempting to barricade and hide in their house and make the entity to try breaking in I think that would be cool.
I mean- Local Area Warning. :) Also, if I were to recommend you make it scarier, maybe try to make it feel like it's more IN THE FUTURE. When soemthing's in the past, us humans immediately go "Ah that must be fiction." And fiction can't be scary for us somehow. The illusion something could possibly be real would scare the crap out of many people (including me!)
Thanks a lot! The font is Geneva Blue. I think I got it from an EAS RUclipsr's Discord server, but I can't remember which one. Generally, those are good places to go for resources like that.
I was just trying to find something interesting to play in the background while I grind on Diablo and next thing I know I think wow I know that county, oh I know that county too, oh that one too, I know that town, I know that town. I don’t like this lmao

thank you so much!
holy. it's been a while since an eas scenario has given me chills. excellent work
Fun fact: the last dissappearance number was 180, which is the final destination number
Actually, 180 was the name of the flight, not the number of deaths. Flight 180’s incident caused 287 deaths!
@@ZillaSupreme i didnt mean the death of the plane crash i menat the movies entire lore surrounds the number 180 even the sequels!

This gave me the chills. Would love to see a continuation of this as a series or something.

Man i gotta give it to you. I’m not one to get chills or uneasiness, but that last message made me paranoid (which is pretty good). Awesome work!
Finally, I’ve found a good scenario again.

AAA THIS WAS AMAZING!! The amount of effort you put into this video is absolutely astounding! Great work! Great work!
just discovered this, this is so well done, awesome job!

Most analog horror and EAS Scenario videos don’t scare me and I haven’t been in awhile, this definitely scared me a ton. Nice video, keep up the work!

this is great 😭🙏 i love analog horror
The part that freaked me out the most is when 36 dead bodies were found, and that more were being continuously found. Scared the fuck out of me.
