    Thank you for your great video. The only thing that I can't add the ScoreBoard to OBS on MacOS as there is no Popup Tab Name in Windows Capture properties. Any ideas how to solve it?

    • @Fisk-91
      @Fisk-91  Год назад

      I am not a mac user so not sure how different OBS is on mac so not sure if this is more of a mac OBS issue, a mac Telescore issue, or human error.
      However what you should do is make sure you click on the scoreboard background (not a component) and then enable "Pop Out on Start" for the scoreboard tab you want. Make sure that window is maximized, and then at that point add in the Window Capture Source should have that as an option for it's properties.
      It is possible that in OBS, you opened the Window Capture properties before the scoreboard was in pop out tab mode (meaning at the time you opened properties, there was no separate scoreboard window). If that is the case, then the option isn't there because you opened up properties before the window was its own thing. If that is the case, close the OBS Window Capture source properties, then re-open the properties of the Window Capture Source on OBS so it refreshes the list of tabs and windows.
      If this didn't work, join the discord server in the description of the video, and you can get help from the Telescore community and developers.

    How did you crop your pop out to a specific size? Was that done after your screen capture in OBS?

      It's been a while, but I believe once I put the scoreboard as the Window Capture, I cropped the Window Capture size itself in OBS.

    Is there any way that I can have a transparent background when I capture the window from OBS. The scoreboard i wanted to do is not in a rectangle shape so I can crop it properly. Thanks again for the tutorial

      **If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask in the discord community linked in this video description!**
      As for your question, what you can do for a transparent background for OBS would be to add the things you want to add into TeleScore, and then Chromakey it.
      What I'd recommend doing is, add in your Scoreboard background images (the graphics) into TeleScore and then add in the components (time, points, etc.) on top of the graphics. Then you can change the tab background color. I'd recommend doing lime green (although you can really do any color you desire) and then use a chroma key effect in OBS to get rid of the background color and make it transparent in OBS but keep your desired design.
      **The OTHER OPTION (not recommended but is a good backup option) would be to add the graphics into OBS and then just use text files that are controlled by TeleScore (downside to this though is the text files only update every second in OBS so the clock will not be "smooth"). **
      If you need help on how to do the 2nd option, I recommend you watch the "[OLD] TeleScore Tutorial [Team Attribute Component + Text/ImageFile Output Setup] Video

    Great videos 😀 i have a problem i Want to have the pop up tab Open and obs side by side but Then the main tab is also Open Can i change that ?

    • @Fisk-91
      @Fisk-91  Год назад

      I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the main tab is also open. But the main tab can be minimized, and the Pop Up Tap can be side by side with your OBS on your monitor if you desire if you resize the windows to be next to each other.
      The only downside at the moment I can see you having the pop up tab open and OBS side by side is, if you resize the pop up tab the fonts and buttons resize itself awkwardly, and would probably not look good on stream since some of the fonts get resized when the pop up tab is not full windowed. It doesn't have this effect though if it is minimized however since the window is still fully windowed and isn't compressing the design.
      If you have a video or photo example of what you exactly want, then join the discord server in the video description and post there, and the developers can give you a better response so they get a clearer picture of what you want for your setup.

      Actually I just realized it started doing this right now, not entirely sure why it is doing this lately since it wasn't doing this before. I contacted the developer. For now just join the discord server and say that this is something you want fixed so the devs know more people are experiencing this.

    Hello, my version of Tele Scoreboard does not have the font Retro Scoreboard V3.5 any way of getting the font? Cheers

    • @Fisk-91
      @Fisk-91  10 месяцев назад

      The Telescore software does not include the Retro Scoreboard V3.5 font. That is a font I made on my own with a website. I believe I posted the font somewhere in the discord server for Telescore but can't remember.

    A soccer final match can last up to 120 minutes. How would the chrono be configured if a soccer game went to overtime? How do you set the clock to 100 so that it reaches 120 minutes?

    • @Fisk-91
      @Fisk-91  5 месяцев назад +1

      At the moment I don't believe this is possible? Since you can do mm:ss (m = minutes / s = seconds), or hh:mm:ss (h = hours), but I sent a request to the devs to see if this could be in an update.
      It is possible maybe someone in the community found a workaround for this since I have seen soccer scoreboards be posted in the discord server, but I don't think they do up to 120 minutes, or at least didn't feel the need for it.
      *I'd ask the discord server community (invite in description) for help if that is possible or what they did differently At the very least, put your suggestion in the Telescore discord server and maybe others will ask for the same thing. For now I just asked the developers if it's possible or a way to include it for the future, but no guarantees it gets put in an update.*

    how did you do it, when you load to obs it only displays the main details without the controls down displaying in the window

    • @Fisk-91
      @Fisk-91  Год назад

      There are two ways you can accomplish what I did on my end for OBS.
      #1 - Use the pop out tab (located at the top of the window above the "tabs") and have OBS look at that specific window
      #2 - Have OBS look at the entire Telescore Window Tab and then just crop it out so only the scoreboard is showing and not the controls.

    Does it not output XML? That would make the clock more real time.

    • @Fisk-91
      @Fisk-91  Год назад

      I sent a question to the developers asking if it is possible to use XML and am currently awaiting a response. If you want to ask other questions in real time then I think it would be best to join the Discord Server to ask other questions like this to the developers directly.
      However, what I do know is that you can either output this by using a text file (which has issues with some platforms like OBS since it only reads text files every 1-2 seconds)
      OR you can do what I do and change the background to green and chroma key it. The program itself is accurate with the timers which is why I prefer the pop out tab + chroma key method.
      I do remember development talks of spreadsheet support in the past, but I am not sure if there is currently any way of doing that as of now since I did not code the project.

      I recommend watching the other two tutorials I have posted on this channel. It teaches you about what each "Component" does such as timers, counters (points), etc.
      Once you figure out what each "Component" does in the software, then you can understand how to create a soccer scoreboard. Which is really just one timer component, and two counter components for the goals. Then just rewatch this tutorial to see how to get it onto your streaming platform of choice (if you are using it for streaming).
