Movie jazz is so cool, I wish one of these KO companies would do a redeco of this MP in G1 colours. that's like the best combination for a lot of Bayverse figures, is the classic and bright colours over these (mostly) good designs. great video as always, Jib!
An idea like that reminds me a lot of the wild repaints we’d see throughout the first trilogy which would be so cool to see done with the mpm figures. Like imagine an mpm prime with the night watch optimus color scheme.

@@Not_Jib Yeah for sure! Im just a huge fan of the 'Bayverse with G1 colours' concept. Like Jazz, Starscream, or and what I'd really love is ROTF Sideswipe with his Red and Black. There's no MPM of Swipe yet, but I'd even take an OSKO of Studio Series sideswipe in G1 colours
I think that the rest of the movies would’ve been better if Jazz didn’t get ripped in half.
Yea I imagine Rotf could’ve seen jazz be the temporary leader considering he was the second in command which would’ve been really interesting to see

I have 4 bayverse jazz figures.
2007 Deluxe class and Legends class and studio series deluxe class. All 3 are original but my favorite is my ko human alliance, I didnt knew he is ko while I buying him so I painted his visor but still he has Autobot Insignia and he is the best bayverse jazz I own. Maybe he is too tall compare to my buster Prime or dotm leader ironhide but I still love him as my definitive representation of bayverse autobot jazz because studio series has big backpack. I have mpm barricade but I don't need now mpm Jazz even that mpm is better, I also have original human aliance figure of barricade. I have lot bayverse but I buying so many figures of my favorite characters from bayverse like ironhide sentinel optimus megatron sideswipe soundwave jazz bumblebee ratchet starscream etc.. because I have lot of characters from generations and tfp but bayverse are wasted. I have almost all bayverse Autobots I just need skids and arcee with sisters and que aka wheeljack and rest 2 dinobots like scorn and slug and I still need bayverse hound but I have problem buying decepticons because in bayverse they were just monsters and not characters, maybe just megatron starscream fallen sentinel or shockave but shockwave was just name of great written character from other universes. I just love bayverse designs so I have all optimus prime looks but not protoform, I have old figures and studio series. I dont wanna buying other Optimus Prime figures from bayverse or jazz, because I have almost all bayverse leader class of optimus and not enough space. I must buying more bayverse decepticons and I collect more generations figures than bayverse since last year

I’d go with the t-11 oversized ratchet since he’s larger hope this helps 👍

That or he was a liked enough character that they knew killing him would stakes to the film
I also think he died just for the stakes to get raised. But he could’ve also gotten killed off for some stupid reason like “his alt mode being a concept car and not the comercial one”
@@Not_Jib maybe they gave him that prime Cliffjumper treatment (even though prime didn’t exist at that point) but yeah they definitely killed him to add stakes to the film jazz is just at that popular enough for people to care about him but not popular enough to have plot armor
