Whoever's in charge of the ToD showcases, doing the editing and doing the voice, needs a god damn raise! top tier quality content! This is what Total War is

@@jackshaw3581 He has voiced things for a while at this point, and he's pretty good. I would almost love to see them contracting the other community content creators for the next DLCs, but on the other hand there's value in having a familiar voice handle everything.
He also has a lot of good content on his own channel so I definitely recommend checking him out.
Using the curse of the vampire coast shanty when showing off the slayer pirates is a nice touch.

I hope CA manages to maintain this level of polish for showcases going forward on the (hopefully more than 6) future DLCs
Would be a shame if this game recieved such a short lifespan because of their mismanagement
Only issue I have is that warhammer 3 is 2 years old with 3 dlcs. At this point I thought we’d have closer to 5 out, on top of that 2 of the 3 dlcs have had very mediocre reviews and thus CA has lost a decent chunk of there player base. I want this series to go on until we get endtimes content, but if they don’t step up more and dig in that simply isn’t going to happen.
It’s probably going to be more than 6 too much money on the table
It’s going to be hard because of the layoffs and stuff sadly though. We just gotta hope this level of quality can be retained
I just hope before they end the live service of this game I hope they do another dlc for cathay, kislev, and tzeentch since they got the short end of the stick

Beer is debatable since it's a matter of personal taste.

@@Fire_Gaming64 Also unless it was retconned, in WH fantasy true dwarven ale actually sustains and nourishes the Dawi. Like their alcohol is a legitimate logistical advantage in warfare. and that's just the normal ale stuff like Bugman's invigorates the body and hardens the resolves of Dawi (and men too I think) for like 10 hrs with one mug, but its super strong and counts as like 4 or 5 drinks as far as holding your liquor goes.
@@Fire_Gaming64 Says who? Dwarfs? Warhammer is Dwarfs, Warcraft is Dwarves. According to Dwarfs, yes. To Dwarves, no. Hence why I said it's a subjective metric. Realistically, it's a dumb metric, as it's easy to distill pure alcohol for Dwarfs, and Dwarves, yet they obviously have different kinds of brands. If you pay attention to the nuance of the lore, strength and taste always go hand in hand. Plus Dwarves are natural alcoholics, while Dwarfs are drinkers, if anything Dwarfs probably put more emphasis on taste than Dwarves.

The dragon slayer hero is anti-large. The Daemon slayer is anti-infantry

What not incredible is the design of the Spirit of Grungni looking nothing like it is described in the books.
Vampire coast music from their trailer when pirates were shown brought a tear to my eyes, best theme CA ever done for their trailers
Yeah i agree that theme and kislev chanting theme were my favorites. Dont understand why they are not in the game...
Nah the ogre kingdom song is the best one they've done

I mean, would you be surprised. Plus imagine if that’s part of a quest battle or an Easter egg in a combat map… just seeing a small table with half drank beer and gunpowder kegs around it

Having the other dwarves just go "Yeah he talks weird." was a good chuckle.
Also liked the fact he was quite friendly towards poor Felix.
@@visitingforgefather5997 Yeah, he even taught Felix to steer the airship. Any other dwarf and/or engineer would shame such behavior.
@@Hablagrabla And afterwards halted his nap to take the steer back, purely so Felix could have a proper conversation with Ulrika. He may be a eccentric inventor whose new tech isn't always safe but he's a good friend.
The Vamp Coast music when the slayer pirates showing up was so hype.
That snip of Tattered Sails when the Slayer Pirates came on was cheeky.
These showcases have been nothing short of incredible.

I appreciate these two guys just lobbing grenades from the top hatches. It's like they're making sure not a single open spot on the Thunderbarge goes to waste. Truly the most considerate
If only someone had told CA that the Spirit of Grungni looks like a zeppelin, not a thunder barge.
I just feel the "You've gotta be kidding me" energy emanating from Felix after he had to deal with 3 bloodthirsters in the IE launch trailer and now he hears "Get em Felix" as three sun dragons are falling on his head
To be fair, he wields Kharagul. If I recall correctly, the sword makes him bloodthirsty in the presence of a dragon. So it is very likely he is is enjoying this.
That's because of his enchanted sword, Karaghul. It seeks to fight dragons, and messes with Felix's head to make that happen.

These videos have absolutely knocked it out of the park. I really hope this DLC is well received y’all have really worked hard. Now I can only wish that the launch video we all suspect to come has a fun tease at the end of what we can start thinking about next 😉

Personally, I like the little humor creative assembly team bring into the game.

I'm so incredibly happy that Malakai starts up north, close to Kislev, they are by far my most played faction in WH3, having a potentially friendly LL up there changes the whole power dynamic of the region.

The vampire coast trailer music playing for the slayer pirates was a beautiful touch that just didn't need to be there and it's delightful, Legendary stuff

First off, these videos are so well done, it's fantastic. Great editing, sound, really gets you into the video, and I honestly was sad when it ended because I could have watched a full campaign's worth of this.
Second off please for the love of all things holy let Aranessa recruit Slayer Pirates like she can the Ogres, it'd be so funny, and would be one step closer to giving her a proper living roster.

The fact that the thunderbarge has grenade throwing dwarfs from the top of the balloon is a really nice touch since similar things happen in the books
I love his faction colors.
Dwarfs have been my favorite since game 1. and this looks like the potential and fantasy of the dwarfs fully realized.

The airship being a summoned unit instead of a recruitable is interesting.
That is just his special ship. Upgrades make it so the special ship stays all battle. Normal thunderbarges can be reqruited at tier 5
Only Spirit of Grungni is summoned, you can build other airships.
I think it's only the Unique Spirit of Grungni Thunderbarge that's a summon, you can still recruit regular ones as normal units.

I just love these recent showcases, they're so incredibly well edited, witty feels authentic! I also love how they added in the Vampire Coast shanty when the Slayer Pirates showed up -amazing addition... I will definitely want to buy this DLC and, if they can keep up this quality of course, then I will definitely buy the following DLCs!

This small change and the fact that the factions can be bought separately helps me to give AC a chance (also i really want more dawi units to kill green butts)

One of my all time favourite dlcs, pretty much Ikit claw level! I love that there are not just units and a lord added but the game mechanics got actually improved! Pls go on like that!
