    “Since their debut in collegiate basketball in 1980”….WTH??? Purdue has played collegiate basketball since 1896. Was the National Champ in 1932, pre NCAA tourney. Was runner up in the NCAA tournament in not only 2024, but 1969. Where did they come up with this statement?

    Barlow a previous point guard at Purdue said in an interview before Braden even got to Purdue that he might end up being the best point guard Purdue has ever had

    The sky's the limit I think. Fast twitch brain, love the way he moves with the ball and processes the game...a winner. Eliminate the noise and go out and win games.

    Smith is an outstanding college basketball player. However, he is not an NBA 'style' player. That is not a knock on him.

      @@Ajas0810 Braden was first team all conference, shoot 43% from 3, 79% from the foul line, 7.5 assists per game, 3 to 1 assists to turnovers, and made the wooden watch list. Not over rated. Properly rated.

    Purdue`s weakest position on the court. is the point guard. He`s to slow. It didn`t show up untill the final.
