I started using Umbra a couple weeks ago, and I can't stop using it. Especially with the Bullet King. It makes me giggle every time I step out of cover and unleash hell with it, lol.

yh, exactly - love it. I use it with GR9 with 'Steady Handed' so I don't need to reload and never run out of ammo if I manage to shoot with 50% hit rate
The thing is everything is always god rolled and maxed out which makes a massive difference, most people will have something like 30% less than your build and then all of a sudden it doesn't kill anywhere near the same, I find this with pretty much all builds guys put up, they work great when maxed out not so with the typical roll people have.
For new and returning players maybe. But remember, this game is on year four. The gear level hasn’t changed since 2020.

@@LuciWraith Ive been playing on and off for 6 months I play on Challenging and appear to get very little good gear; for instance, I did 70 floors Summit and kept maybe 4 items, just loads and loads of rubbish gear with terrible rolls like 4% etc, then to optimise something its hours of play to gather a lot of bits to optimize one item 2% I think the game is not random gear I think its rigged, like how do you get 3 exotics from the weekly task 3 weeks in a row all the same item what is the odds of that, I like the game but the reward system for what you do is terrible.
@@Kamikazevondoom true I enjoy your videos and understand what your saying, just for people that don't play the number of hours it takes to max out things it's so hard to get ahead, the most time I spend in the game is deleting rubbish loot, that shouldn't happen when beating a level 4 control point but it does happen often.
Umbra and hunters seem to be my fave gear sets so far so I'm looking into all the variety I can build with them. Still trying to max my shd right now

I have not played in about 8 months. In my clan I was known for having the best possible repair/healer build based on Empress International. When wearing this build during a legendary run, I focused entirely on repairing/healing my teammates and I dished out damage only when absolutely necessary. I am about to get back into the game as would like to see if there is a build with the new gear sets that is better than Empress.
KVD - Any thoughts on an updated Umbra build with the Ninja backpack? I also find the Umbra build works awesome with a shield. Stay in cover to regen and then hit the shield to pop-up and rip some DPS - rinse and repeat. I enjoy the content and like to see new ideas. Thanks.
The PvP look so easy with you =O with me it's more like the player you killed, but everytime, i'm only SHD 180, i want to try the conflict but i got impression everyone is so much damn hard for me, even with some build i died in 2 sec everytime, then i don't want to go in again cause I am a weight for my team =(

I use creeping death with survivalist. Love watching the group melt away enemies.

Been using umbra with a carbine 7 and a stoner lmg with flatline and 200 in the mag. It’s Fun shredding!
Hey kamakazi love your videos. Curious if you could come up with a rifle build using something from the new gear from tu10? I used to run a rifle build back in the day and had fun with it, lately thought its all about the smg, assault, and lmg builds. Do you think there is anyway to revive the rifle back, or is it that it just can't compete anymore?

Whats a good way to farm gear? I just started like a week ago and just lost for gear grinding lol
How much.armour should I have (minimal) on a given pvp build to be able to compete with other players?
I know we get gear set bps in season passes but is there a way to get the bps for passes you miss or do we have to grind them?
I've been wondering if it would be viable to do a rifle or marksman build in countdown since if you're careful, you can avoid getting shot at by enemies because of your teammates. I've been testing my nemesis in shooting range and I can one shot named targets with chainkiller/headshot damage build, would it work as well in countdown too?

Not sure if you’ve done this before but can you make a video on how you got your weapons to level 17. I’m having issues trying to level up my expertise on my EB.. we’ll all my ar but I can’t get pass level 5
Is the issue your max expertise level or getting materials to level the equipment? If the latter, just keep farming. To easily raise your expertise, just turn everything in for donation before opting to deconstruct. Buy named items from weekly vendors and turn those in as well. Raising expertise without donating becomes a slog. Also, don't forget you can donate crafted items.

Have you tried the named frenzy lmg with umbra?
Thoughts on swapping out the KB for a vector? Outside of the range being limited, anything else?
@@Malacite you can put on the link laser pointer on the .45 acp Vector.
@@Malacite it is the same model but you can't have the same talent. And that is the whole point of taking technician for the link laser pointer...

Can anyone explain how he changed the core attribute on the umbra gear from weapon damage to armor? I can't figure this out for the life of me. Did it just roll that way?

I dont understand why laser pointer is so good, I used it and didn't see how it's good
Having the linked laser pointer on instantly procs the flatline talent the second you aim your gun at someone. It's better than relying on wasting a skill slot to run the scanner pulse

@@sekedargaming9622 You don't need heroism. I don't play it myself, because it doesn't make any sense. Play on the difficulty of "test" or "high". This does not affect the amount of loot.

I Stopped playing the game ..Was to boring ...same missions same process - To little space in inventory and just want to get the best Weapon --
Try as I might I just can't like the umbra set. I don't like the downtime to build stacks.
See for me building stacks with umbra is easier than Heartbreaker or gunslinger so I prefer this one if I'm building stacks
Try using it with Sleipnir/Frenzy and play it specifically with a _OoC shoot to empty > Cover to reload/heal > OoC shoot to empty > Cover to reload/heal_ tempo. It's great. Think of Covering as "I'm healing the damage I took while I was OoC shooting"
