As much as I love assault rifles, I can't stand the fact that the damage numbers are lower than my smg up to 25 meters
I get a little lost in the sauce so to speak when I try to make my own builds, I’ve copied a few of yours and they are always solid. Thank you from a new player!
Ohhhh goddd I can't imagine this when 16.1 comes out we're able to have 30% weapon damage on our Picaro holster 👌
Hey do you know how to get these named items? Like can I do missions for them?
@@aidendix3655 Yeah if remember correctly you can get Named items from the DZ, Conflict, Countdown,Vendors, or you can get them in the seasonal reward track by just leveling it up but I prefer Countdown cause you can pick your targeted loot if you're looking for a specific named item on a brand you have a chance to get but if you finish the countdown failed or success you can get a currency called *requisition credits* and buy some named item caches to the countdown vendor 😁
Picaro isn't game changer because you can get the same thing with a Walker, Harris holster (15% +5 %)
For now it’ll give you skill haste on top. But come tu16.1 you’ll get an additional 10% damage and more skill haste

Hey Kamikaze just wondering which weapon SMG/AR would you use if you didn’t have the EagleBearer? I already have a maxed out Kingbreaker. Are there any others you’d recommend
I think with this build it’s depends more on the distant or how far away you are from the target so smg you’re losing the crit
@@nodaysoff3324 true but smg also has a high crit chance stat, that’s it’s difference from AR
I do like this build as I don't have the EB I'm using the big horn and it works nice
I've used a skill build with hive and fire sticky on conflict and it's the best. Get alot of hate mail but it works a charm. Even in the DZ it's good with a team
Correct me if I'm wrong but when you were talking about Picaro's getting reworked, were you basically saying we will be getting 2 Core Attributes? So like being able to have 2 15% WD? Cuz that's gonna be great.
Yessir. After 16.1, you’ll be able to get 30% weapon damage

did they nerf the picaro's holster? is it still possible to have it add more than 15% weapon damage in any way?
I don't have the EB for this build what else could you recommend for the AR.SLOT?
Switch guns then switch back that gets rid of the tenacity buff . I go Walker Harris glass chest same damage out less damage in

I’m not the best at builds but I run chill out and memento with Fenris chest & obliterate as I don’t like glass cannon as well as picaros, contractors & fox’s..run technician with KB as I don’t have eagle barer as don’t raid unfortunately but with this I’m not as squishy as an all red build

I still haven't get all mask & keys since even in normal with my super optimized builds, they crush me like nothing. I'm sure my builds have nothing to do with that, guess I just suck.

It's /supposed/ to be a vanity item. Buuut, in classic Division fashion, it's being classed as a vest.

Where do you get the holster
Can you take this to the firing range and show the DPS
DPS doesn't mean anything if you can stay on target, the stability you get from the three piece Fenris is far superior to the damage out of cover or damage to armor.
maybe if youre on controller on kbm its worthless cus youre gonna hit those shots regardless
But I made this video on console with zero problems. In fact, I use this build on all platforms with no issue. Idk man. Maybe a user error

@@chrishill3737 watch a video that breaks down the fights. It actually not hard at all anymore. Just do it, the EB is worth it.

You definitely can, but it's always a gamble and requires knowing when to brute force push. I prefer a little distraction with a striker drone and also reviver hive at all times for when my luck runs out. Would definitely not recommend it for solo, but im stubborn. In a 4 man it's great, my old squad would have 2 skill users and an even more aggressive red build (w/ unbreakable) player, the enemies near let me walk around freely they were so occupied elsewhere. I ran it farming DH too unless we had a couple new players then it was time to groan and submit to unbreakable.

Better enjoy the holster while you can because its getting changed from 20% weapons damage to 15% weapons damage
Please reread the changes to the holster and come back. You’re wrong my friend. It’ll go from 20 to a potential 30% total
Props to using perfect GC. This does not survive with 4 directives heroic world or heroic anything for that matter, but nice the way you show it.
