Love people talking about "what's the rush" - there were weekends where I'd shoot 500+ rounds, not counting another 200 during the week. Only time to reload is after work. Get it done, get to shooting. Got stuff to do. When you're shooting ~5000+ rounds a month, even saving 1 dollar a box by reloading makes sense. Getting it done quickly makes more sense.
Well, you know, I can reload a box of once-fired high brass in under 30 minutes on my Load All II -- but then a) the high brass almost always needs a little help coming out of the sizing ring, and b) I'm still new at this. I have no doubt once I get everything nailed down I'll get it to only five times what it's taking you. And I spent $70 in 2023. What did that 9000 cost you -- was it as low as $700 three years ago (it's close to a grand now)? if you shoot a couple rounds of skeet or trap every day, that press is still overkill. But no, I wouldn't turn one down if it offered me as a gift... ;)
Since no one answered you. The wad is slid on the ram at an angle. The wad can slide down and will sit on the wad guide holder. The gap between the ram and the holder is less than the height of the wad, so it cannot fall off.
@@michal.abramowicz I lucked out and got the press for free. Lead here’s is $42 bag, primers are $0.06, powder still tough to get . 25 packs are $9,00 to $12 here now. Still worthwhile to load my own. Hopefully things start to open up soon.
@@BobAmarant reoloading scene in Poland is also impacted... price gone high... but what I try shoot is still in normal price. 12/70 for trap and skeet. 38spec for Cowboy Action. But again... old good times passed away...
I also reload Rio. Looks like Claybuster CB6100. That’s what I use, they work well with one ounce of #7.5. Rios are a straight wall hull so you have to use a wad made for Federal or any straight wall hull.
Why the rush? I weight EVERY powder drop and lead drop. I take pride in my ammo. Never had a misfire or any cycling issues. Lee Load All 2 all the way.
I could listen to reloading noises all day

....with a shout out to Curly...Love it!!
What happens if the wad doesn’t stay on the wad ram?

What’s the big hurry?
Russians are comming ;) that's why!
@@michal.abramowicz I can see if you're shooting loads per week. I have a Grabber and enjoy the process, about 15 minutes per 25.
@@BobAmarant load lee all there fot BP. One box of 25 trap or skeet is for 8$ where I live. Components are too expensive to do own shells...

Must be doing reloads in Argentina or Uruguay.
what wads are you using ?

my primer loader like yours will not feed primers - I have to hit it after every drop to keep primers moving through it! its terrible - help
Clean it out and wipe it down with a silicone cloth, mine works just fine.
I use an automotive paste wax but I imagine most any wax would do.@@chestercox2564

Did you say you had a foot pedal for reloading your 9000e is that an accessory you can buy for that?
An aftermarket guy sells the foot pedal. MEC will not because they claim the buttons keep your hands away from the press while it is moving....
@@2fas4uSTI HELLO. WHICH AFTERMARKET DID YOU USE? PLEASE ADVISE. THANK YOU SO MUCH

How much does this machine cost?
👍
Dude!... invest in a tripod
camera person is quite a bit shaky and makes it difficult to clearly view everything.

Pls remove that hotdog bun you put in front of the loader. Cant see the shells.
